    In order to solve the system restriction bottleneck of Shangwan Coal Preparation plant and improve production efficiency and product quality, according to the changes of raw coal quality and commercial coal quality, the problems existing in each link of the production system and targeted system optimization were carried out.Through the optimization of raw coal classification, crushing, sorting and commercial coal precipitation, reduce the lower limit of lump coal separation, product moisture, system failure rate and production cost, improve production efficiency and product quality, and achieve the purpose of double improvement of production efficiency and product quality.After the transformation, the classification efficiency of raw coal is increased from 75% to 92%,the production continuity is enhanced, the production efficiency is increased by about 2%,the washing rate is increased by about 2.5%,the product quality is improved by about 0.3 MJ,the annual production cost can be saved by 360 000 yuan, and the effect of quality improvement and efficiency increase is obvious.

  • Slurriability and stability of coal water slurry prepared with Halagou coal

    Low-rank coal is a high-quality power and chemical coal,and it is an important direction for clean utilization of low-rank coal to prepare it into coal water slurry (CWS).However,the characteristics of high water content,abundant oxygen-containing functional groups and developed pores seriously affect the concentration of CWS.To improve the reachable concentration of low-rank coal and realize the efficient and clean utilization of low-rank coal resources,particle size grading technology was used to carry out pulping tests on Halagou long-flame coal,and Turbiscan LAB stability analyzer was used to analyze the stability of slurry under static and centrifugal force fields.The results show that the dispersant dosage was 1.2%,the lowest apparent viscosity of CWS obtained due to the particle surface adsorption makes particle dispersant hydrophilic,form hydration film to achieve“lubricating”the effect of viscosity,the dispersant is insufficient,cannot form the stability of the particle surface hydration membrane structure,and dispersant dosage exceeds the best dose the multilayer adsorption,reduces the system the content of free water caused the increase of apparent viscosity.The concentration of CWS increased linearly with the increase of packing ratio,this is due to the increase in the concentration of water and coal slurry,the proportion of free water in the slurry acting as a dispersion medium gradually decreased,coal-like solid particles between the chance of collision increased,particle movement resistance increased,and thus make the surface viscosity of the slurry increased.When the accumulation efficiency evaluation index reaches 87.63%and the drug dose is 1.2%,a fixed viscous concentration of 61.00%can be produced.When analyzing the stability of the slurry,it was found that the I_(TS)value of the slurry stability was still not more than 0.2 under the condition of 20 days of sit-in.Centrifugation can speed up the process of instability,and with the increase of centrifugation force,the system instability speed and the final I_(TS)value are higher.The process of"slowing down"in centrifugal instability of water and coal slurry is the gradual extrusion system of the previous system compression,so that soft precipitation gradually changes to hard precipitation,and then"rising rapidly again"is the process of generating hard precipitation,from"slowing down"to"rising rapidly again"centrifugal action time is about 10 min.

  • Gas coal production process optimization and system reform in Baode Coal Preparation Plant

    In order to make full use of the characteristics of Baode coal, based on the analysis of the demand for gas coal in the coke market, the selectivity of raw coal, and the limitations of existing production systems, the coal washing and processing center proposed a scheme to optimize the process and produce gas coal products.The program focused on solving the problems of overcoming the limitations of existing systems and achieving efficient and stable output of gas coal.Based on theoretical analysis, the theoretical yield of gas coal products extracted from raw coal at 25 to 0.5 mm is 11.34%.The modified gas coal system process adopts a two-stage decanting process.After the system was reformed, the trial operation was carried out well, and the quality of the cleaned coal products were successfully produced.The research shows that when the amount of washing is 320 t/h, the gas coal yield is up to 2.5%,and the annual economic benefit after the transformation is 65.38 million yuan, which lays a practical foundation for the transformation and development of the coal preparation plant.

    According to the situation of the clean energy strategic layout of the National Energy Group, the clean and efficient utilization of coal is an inevitable trend.Based on the above background, Shendong Coal Group proposes the research and development project of high-quality utilization of coal slime flotation for ash reduction and desulfurization.Raw coal of Buertai Coal Preparation plant is long flame coal, non-stick coal, gangue easy to slime.Flotation industrial test was carried out.By changing some parameters in flotation test, the main factors affecting flotation effect were analyzed.The results show that the float-ability of slime is poor, and the dominant size of slime water is <0.074 mm.When the amount of collector is 2.7 kg/t and the amount of foaming agent is 3.0 kg/t dry coal slime, the flotation effect is better, and the flotation perfection index is 36.71%.The use of compound collector can obviously reduce the foaming agents amount.When the circulating pump frequency is 45 Hz, the flotation effect is the best.

  • Study on ash and sulfur distribution of coal at the sorting interface of spiral sorter

    In order to make full use of the resource endowment and optimize the product structure, the fixed-point and fixed-distance section sampling method was used to study the distribution of ash and sulfur at the flow film interface at the discharge end of the spiral separator. At the discharge end, the spiral separator has formed a stable flow film separation layer. The material was sampled and tested every 30 mm from the inside out, perpendicular to the direction of fluid movement. The test results show that the ash content of the spiral separator product at the separation flow film interface first decreases, then rises and then decreases from the inside to the outside, and the product sulfur content first rises and then decreases at the separation flow film interface from the inside to the outside. If it increases again, the distribution of ash and sulfur has a high degree of symmetry. According to the experimental results, the interceptor was designed, the position of the interceptor was adjusted reasonably, and the ash content of spiral clean coal was reduced by 0.2%.

Based on the single-factor solution of the existing problems, an optimization scheme for the sealing method of the dense-medium centrifugal pump at Bulianta Coal Preparation Plant was proposed. The results show that the use of the rubber skeleton lip-shaped sealing method to optimize the plan, the sealing effect is good, the equipment operation process is stable, the pump components and the shaft sleeve use cycle is extended from the original 6 months to 36 months, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and saves every year. The cost is 3 161 700 yuan.
