  • Study on reactive characteristic of initial stage in direct coal liquefaction process

    Taking Yangcun coal as an example,the reactive characteristic of initial stage in direct coal liquefaction process was studied by using a 17mL micro-autoclave.Under the condition of 490℃ and double amount of tetralin solvent,the total conversion approached 84.47% when the reaction time was only 5 minutes,which showed that coal had an initial high reactivity characteristic in direct liquefaction process.Under pure N_2 atmosphere,the conversion increased from 66.38% to 83.27% as the initial pressure increased from 1.5 MPa to 7 MPa,which showed that besides the contribution to hydrogen-donation the pressure itself of H_2 pressure was also very important.Under 1.5 MPa of N_2 pressure,with the solvent/coal ratio was increased to 4:1,the conversion increased to 79%,but after that it did not increase any more,which showed that the method of adding excessive amount of hydrogen donor solvent to compensate the conversion loss brought by the decrease in system pressure was infeasible.

  • Influence of off-design gas turbine on performance of gasification island in IGCC system

    A system model of 200MW IGCC is established with the Thermoflex software.Briefly analyze the design parameters of the gasification island.Off-design characteristics of the gasification island are mainly analyzed when gas turbine load varies from 100% to 40%.The results show that with the reduction of gas turbine load,the gasifier inlet parameters fall at constant O/C ratio and the power consumption such as air separation system reduces;at the same time the syngas temperatures out of the radiation syngas cooler,convective syngas cooler and the high-pressure economizer fall;besides heat absorption power,steam pressure out of waste heat boiler and the entrance temperature of the absorption tower in the desulfurization system decrease;syngas pressure out of syngas saturator decreases which lead to decrease in volume fraction of H_2O,and the syngas heating value increases which is no help for keeping down the NO_x.

  • Research on magnetism enhancement of pyrite in coal under overheating steam atmosphere

    Do heat treatment experiments taking the Xishan Coal and Electricity Group coal as samples,using self-pyrolysis equipment at high temperature steam atmosphere,pyrolysis temperature 400~700℃ thermal decompose pretreatment coal samples,research the magnetic desulfurization of pretreatment coal sample with homemade PM-C30 cylindrical magnetic filter.The results show that increasing the pyrolysis temperature on the magnetic desulfurization can improve desulfurization efficiency especially at 500℃,the desulfurization rate is 56.86%,and coal desulfurization rate is improved 40.49% compared with raw coal.For Xishan coal,the thermal solution -magnetic select desulfurization technology can effectively remove inorganic sulfur,but the organic sulfur removal ineffective.

  • Research on the effect of the fusion characteristics of Xiaolongtan lignite ashes

    In order to optimize the operating conditions of lignite fluid-bed gasification,the influence of particle size,atmosphere condition and residual carbon content on the fusion characteristics of Xiaolongtan lignite ashes are investigated.The issues that lead to the variation of ash fusion temperature (AFT) are analyzed from the aspects of ash composition and mineral transformation using chemical analyses and XRD measurement.Results show that the change of AFT caused by particle sizes is due to the variation of total alkali content in ashes;the modification of AFT in different atmospheres results from the generation of low melting point fayalite and hercynite under weak reducing atmosphere,which come from the reactions between the wustite and anorthite;the difference of AFT caused by residual carbon content is the result of the formation of Fe_3C,reducing atmosphere and the "skeleton" of residual carbon within the ashes cone.

  • Research on steam explosion device for lignite upgrading

    A steam explosion grinding and upgrading study was carried on Neimeng lignite with the steam explosion method.The investigation was conducted on the process conditions,and the steam explosion effects,meanwhile, the influence of process conditions of the steam explosion on lignite upgrading were also studied.The results show that the steam explosion has great effects on lignite grinding and lignite upgrading.When the residence time is 1 h, with the increasing of the steam explosion temperature,the lignite moisture decrease by 63.6%,the volatile decresse by 11.3% and the oxygen content decrease by 48%,while the carbon content increase by 12.9%.The lignite quality is improved after upgrading.

  • Study on washability of prite recovery from high-sulfur coal refuse

  • Impact on ecological environmental impact assessment of developing Shendong Mining Area

    The research on acoustic characteristics of rocks is thought to be a fairly reasonable approach which will reflect the insight details of texture and mechanical properties of rocks.According to the study of acoustic characteristics, a lot of information can be learned which can be used in rocks blasting.Some acoustic experiments were conducted on layered rocks,it is closely related between acoustic velocity and rock blasting fractured results,and the waveform of sonic wave is tightly correlated with the acoustic velocity.Obviously,in some sense,the acoustic waveform characteristics and rock blasting fractured results could be correlated in some way.So the differences of the waveform in rock's different directions and the differences of rock blasting fractured results in different directions are to some extent correlated.
