  • Plotting the washability curves by Bezier function

    The washability curves were fitted using the Bezier function.The principle of this method is to calculate the appropriate point automatically through Bezier according to the change tendency of the data which was composed of different dense point.For the convenience of the analysis and calculation,the visualization of the washability curve was made by the VB programme.The standard deviation between the predict data and the original data was 1.88.It can conclude that the Bezier function is available to fit the washability curves.

  • Thermodynamic Based Analysis of the Chemical Reactions in a Hydrogasifier

    Detailed thermodynamic based analysis was presented for the chemical reactions in a hydrogasifier through the analysis of Gibbs free energy,chemical equilibrium constant and the equilibrium conversion rate.The results indicated that high gasification efficiency be achieved by the operation parameters of temperature of 727℃ and pressure of 6 MPa.After being desulphurized and decarbonized,when the mass content of vapor in original reactant is 10.2%,the methane content in the co-gas is more than 90% with the mass steam fraction in the initial reactants in the hydrogasifier.Water or steam in gasifier is very important to keep the temperature of gasifier steady.
