• Enforcement Current Situation of New Phase Coal Power Initiative in USA

    President Bush put forward the new phase clean coal power initiative (CCPI) on 2002. Total capital reached 2000 million USD for the demonstration project during the period 10 years. Specific research target, technical route, research period and funds etc. were introduced in detail with regard to the registration of CCPI during the first- and second stage. Enforcement the CCPI demonstration project will promote the advanced clean coal technologies with low cost, high efficiency in existence and new power plant construction of the USA. Also it can provide a technical support Zero emission energy system in the near future.

    The effect of ultrasonic treatment were several sides in slime flotation . The cleaned coal yield before and after ultrasonic treatment, the effect of flotation desulfurization and flotation speed were studied. The result is shown that, at the same regime of agent, the cleaned coal yield increased more than 10% and the perfect degree of flotation desulfurization increased 20% and flotation speed also increased notably as a result of ultrasonic treatment.

    Industry boiler as an important equipment of thermal energy and power is used widely. Used. A 1.4MW hot water boiler was selected as an example to test its aerodynamic field. By changing the shape of the furnace to establish different status and testing it with seven-hole-probe, it indicates that the shape of the furnace may affect the inner burning status, initial exhaust dust density and the exhaust gas blackness of the boiler. The pyrolysis characteristics and combustion characteristics of the two samples are compared with TG/ DTG/ DTA curves and some classical criteria. Meanwhile, reliability of these criteria are confirmed.

The reasons were studied through to analyze the capturing sulfur agent after capturing sulfur reaction by using the SEM.
