  • The Effect of Feed Coal Particle Size on the Properties of Briquette

    The effect of feed coal particle size on strength of briquette is discussed when different briquetting process and rank of coalification coal are adopted. The briquette strength is increased along with the feed coal particle size decreasing at the without binder and high-pressure briquetting process condition. The particle size of anthracite and bituminous may control on the high side at low pressure briquetting process and adding binder condition, however, the particle size should be controlled on the low side for the brown coal. The effect oh particle size distribution on the briquette strength is bigger.

    Depend on the release character of sulfur in coal at different temperature; a selectivity study of different retainable sulfur agents and additives was conducted in the lab. The retaining sulfur effect of additive at high temperature is focal point in this study. The synthesis process, adaptability and stability of additive are also studied. Retaining sulfur principle is analyzed briefly. Its industrial test and spread application situation is introduced.

  • Route of Coal Cleaning in Xingwen Mining Group Company

    The xingwen Mining Group Company is developed to a large scale coal enterprise due to rely on the technical reform and to excavate the potential in mine. Coal output may keep at more than 10 Mt/a. At present, the output of medium and high sulfur coal is higher, among which <1 % sulfur content coal is shared 25%on total output; 1%~2% sulfur content coal is shared 3% and the other is >2% sulfur content coal. The medium and high sulfur coal output will be increased year by year. Resent year, medium and high sulfur content coal cannot sale easy due to published the rigorous environment protection regulation. Therefore, research, development and application the clean coal technology is the only way for sustainable development in Xingwen Mining Group Company.
