Application of scraper scale metering system in Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract:
Scraper scale measurement system refers to the use of scraper transport aircraft, speed sensors, weighing display control instruments and plate weighing sensors to measure, reduce the error in measurement, improvd the accuracy of measurement, and provide accurate source data for the production needs of coal Mills.The paper systematically summarized the reasons for the measurement error and proposed a solution.The Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant introduced the application of the scraper scale measuring system in the coal preparation plant.The development of the scraper scale measuring system in other fields was also expected.
