Abstract：

In order to solve the problem that the economic benefit evaluation of coal preparation plant can not directly reflect the relationship between intermediate products and economic benefits and the calculation process is long, this paper started from the basic formula of the economic benefit calculation of coal selection plant, based on the unit calorific pricing system, and combines the production practice of coal selection plant.The formula for the relationship between the yield of gangue, the cost of transportation, and the increase in the moisture content of commercial coal was deduced and summarized.When the yield of gangue was higher than a certain value, multiple washing was economical.The process of economic evaluation of the production organization method was simplified to save a lot of manpower and material resources.According to the comparison of actual statistics and calculation data of Wulanmulun Coal Preparation Plant, The economic benefit evaluation method is effective and can guide the adjustment of production organization of coal preparation plant.
