摘要(Abstract):
神华神东保德选煤厂北部区于2010年建成投产,选煤厂工艺和管理先进。保德选煤厂就煤泥水系统进行了多次调试学习,优化改进,以适应恶化的煤质条件。先后使用一段浓缩、混合回收,两段浓缩、两段回收等基本流程,并针对实际使用中煤泥水处理系统存在的问题,在现有设备的基础上,优化煤泥水处理流程,提高了煤泥水处理系统的灵活性和适应性,充分发挥筛网沉降式离心机和板框压滤机各自优点,保证循环水浓度达标,降低产品水分,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to accommodate the worsening coal quality,Baode coal preparation plant,went into operation in 2010,has debugged and tested the process for many times.The processes include one-stage concentration,compound recovery and two-stage concentration,two-stage recovery and the like.To resolve the problems in actual production,utilize the slime water processing system without increasing new devices support.The utilization take full advantage of screenbowl centrifuge and plate and frame pressure filter,decrease the recirculating water concentrantion and products moisture,increase the economic benefits,improve the flexibility and adaptability of processing system.
