摘要(Abstract)：

以智能化选煤厂建设为契机,结合目前的智能视频监控技术、智能违章分析技术、智能传感在线监测技术以及AI培训学习技术,构想了先进技术与神东煤炭集团安全管理信息系统进行融合,利用科技化手段,实现作业现场远程监控、不安全行为实时报警、安全隐患自动排查、特殊作业手持终端审批、工作环境智能监测、安全教育培训智能分析等内容,将目前的"人管人"转向"科技管人",解决安全管理人员不足、不安全行为查处讲情面、作业许可管理繁琐、安全教育培训效率低等问题,以更公平、更高效的手段实现选煤厂智能化安全管理。
Combined with the current intelligent video monitoring technology, intelligent violation analysis technology, intelligent sensor online monitoring technology and AI training and learning technology, this paper conceived the integration of advanced technology with the safety management information system of Shendong Coal Group, and further used scientific and technological means to realize remote monitoring of operation site, real-time alarm of unsafe behavior automatic troubleshooting of potential safety hazards, approval of handheld terminals for special operations, intelligent monitoring of working environment, intelligent analysis of safety education and training, etc. "Human management" was changed to "science and technology management",and the problems of insufficient safety management personnel, considerate investigation and treatment of unsafe behaviors, cumbersome work permit management and low efficiency of safety education and training were solved, so as to be more fair and efficient means to realize the intellectualization of safety management in coal preparation plant.
