煤矿甲烷生物转化生产高附加值产物的研究

摘要(Abstract):

中国煤矿甲烷的排放量较高,对环境和生态造成了严重影响。为了减少这些甲烷,提出采用生物方法将其转化,如甲烷氧化菌。甲烷氧化菌是自然界中氧化大气中甲烷最主要的微生物。就中国煤矿甲烷的排放和利用现状进行了简要介绍。重点阐述了甲烷氧化菌氧化甲烷的机理,并就目前利用甲烷氧化菌转化甲烷生产甲醇、聚羟基丁酸(PHB)和单细胞蛋白的研究现状和发展前景进行了介绍。
High coal mine methane emissions contaminate the environment seriously.To reduce these methane,use bioconversion method.Methane-oxidizing bacteria possess the most capacity of oxidizing methane in nature.Provide a brief introduction of China's coal mine methane emissions and application status.Address the methane oxidation mechanism by methanotrophs.Adopting methanotrophs,the methane can be converted to methanol,poly-beta-hydroxybutyrate(PHB) and single-cell protein.Introduce the research and development of these conversion.
