布尔台选煤厂浮选工艺优化与生产实践Optimization and production practice of flotation process in Buertai Coal Preparation Plant

摘要(Abstract):
为了确保布尔台选煤厂煤泥浮选示范性项目调试工作的顺利进行,对其生产工艺进行了优化。通过更换末煤脱泥筛筛板、改造末煤系统煤泥水流程、安装浮选柱消泡器等措施,满足浮选精煤要求灰分≤8%,捕收剂添加量减少1.01 kg/t(以干煤泥计),起泡剂添加量减少0.11 kg/t,获得了较好的浮选工艺优化效果,为下一阶段煤泥浮选精矿作为水煤浆原料奠定基础。
In order to ensure the smooth commissioning of the coal slime flotation demonstration project in Buertai Coal Preparation Plant, the production technology was optimized.The ash content of flotation cleaned coal is less than 8%,the amount of collector is reduced by 1.01 kg/t dry slime, and the amount of foaming agent is reduced by 0.11 kg/t dry slime.Better flotation process optimization results are obtained, which slays a solid foundation for the flotation concentrate of coal slime to be used as raw material of CWS in the next stage.
