纳滤膜分离技术在矿井水处理中的研究Study on the Application of Nanofiltration Membrane in Coal Mining Water Treatment

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了用纳滤膜处理含悬浮物矿井水的工艺流程,考察了纳滤膜不同操作特性对膜过滤性能的影响及组合工艺对矿井水的处理效果。试验结果表明:纳滤膜在过滤周期为30m in采用反曝气方式冲洗,能够有效减少膜污染,恢复膜通量。该工艺对矿井水的处理效果明显,出水稳定,出水达到国家饮用水标准,是一种高效、经济的处理工艺。
This paper introduced the process of nanofiltration for treating mining water containing suspended matters.The influence of nanofiltration membrane operating condition to the filtration function of membrane and the effect of the combined process on coal mining water treatment were investigated.The experimental results showed that when operated at the cycle of T=30min and adapted to backaeration,the fouling of the membrane decreased effectively.The effluent quality of the system is stable and the tested items of the effluent met the national drinking criterion.The nanofiltration membrane is a high-efficiency and economical process in coal mining water treatment.
