德士古全废锅流程辐射废锅结渣原因及改进Preventive measures against coking on radiation heat exchanger of Texaco gasifier

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了德士古全废锅流程辐射废锅工艺流程及内部结构,同时对导致德士古全废锅流程结渣的辐射废锅因素,如内部结构、原料煤煤质内水、煤灰含量、煤灰矿物质等进行了全面分析。通过减小辐射废锅换热面积,增大中间通道横截面,加高滴水檐高度,严格控制原料煤的内水含量、灰分、灰熔融性及煤灰中SiO2,Al2O3的含量,对德士古气化炉三流道内外混工艺烧嘴中的环氧喷嘴角度、环氧烧嘴深度、中心氧管深度等方面进行改造,解决了德士古全废锅流程结渣问题。
Introduce the process and internal structure of radiation heat exchanger of Texaco gasifier.In order to avoid coking in waste heat recovery process,analyse the inherent moisture qualities of raw coal,inherent ash content,minerals in coal ash and the like.The results show that,the coking phenomenon can be avoided by decreasing the heat exchange area,increasing the cross sectional area of centre passage and the height of dripping eave,controlling the content of inherent moisture,ash,ash fusion temperature,SiO2 and Al2O3,transforming the angle and length of nozzle,length of centre oxygen pipe.
