煤调湿技术在炼焦生产中的应用Application of coal moisture control technique in coking production

摘要(Abstract)：
简要介绍了煤调湿技术的基本原理及其与煤预热和煤干燥技术的区别。重点介绍了导热油煤调湿、蒸汽煤调湿、烟道气流化床煤调湿以及风动选择分级煤调湿工艺的应用及优缺点。根据实际生产经验,总结出了煤调湿工艺在炼焦生产中的优点。最后简单介绍了国内外煤调湿技术在焦化行业的运用,并对存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施。
Introduce the fundamental of coal moisture control technique and the differences between this technique and coal preheating technology,drying technology.Analyse the application,merit and demrit of four coal moisture control technologies whose medium is conduction oil,steam,coke oven smoke,wind respectively.Summarize six advantages of coal moisture control technologies in actual coke production.At last,introduce the application of these technologies at home and abroad.Provide suggestions for improvement.
