煤焦与生物质焦在CO2气氛下共气化动力学模型研究

摘要(Abstract):

总结了目前常用的煤及生物质的气化动力学模型,运用这些模型处理了2种不同配比的煤焦与生物质焦混合物的气化数据,通过比较各模型的相关性系数发现,未反应收缩核模型更适合于对混合焦的气化行为进行模拟,并求出了相应的活化能。通过比较活化能数据发现,煤与一定比例的木屑混合时,可以相应地提高其反应活性。
The main kinetic models of char gasification were reviewed,The gasification data of two chars were used in these models,correlated coefficient was used to evaluate the models.The results indicated that unreacted shrinking core model was more suitable for mixed coke gasification behavior simulation,and calculated the corresponding activation energy.By comparing the activation energy data found that a certain proportion of coal and sawdust mixed could accordingly improve its reactivity.
