摘要(Abstract)：

设备管理在企业生产过程中具有重要作用,先进的设备管控手段不仅在设备运行维护、隐患预防及判断、远程巡检等过程中起到积极作用,还在优化企业生产结构、提高企业生产效能及安全管控方面起关键作用。随着国家对能源企业智能化工作的推进,上湾选煤厂率先进行了智能化升级改造,通过对机电管理信息化系统、设备状态监测、远程巡检等技术的研发应用,设备管控能力得到了大幅提升。结合现阶段洗选中心智能化改造过程中亟待解决的问题,提出了解决办法。针对智能化选煤厂设备运维工作的未来发展方向进行了展望。
Equipment management plays a very important role in the enterprise production process.Advanced equipment management and control means can not only play a positive role in the process of equipment operation and maintenance, hidden danger prevention and judgment, remote inspection and so on, but also play a key role in optimizing the enterprise production structure, improving the enterprise production efficiency and safety management and control.With the national promotion of the intelligent work of energy enterprises, Shangwan Coal Preparation Plant took the lead in the intelligent upgrading and transformation.Through the development and application of electromechanical management information system, equipment condition monitoring, remote inspection and other technologies, the equipment management and control ability had been greatly improved.Combined with the problems to be solved in the intelligent transformation of Shendong Coal Preparation Center at the present stage, the solutions was put forward.The future development direction of equipment operation and maintenance in intelligent coal preparation plant were prospected.
