摘要(Abstract):

笔者提出了一种低变质烟煤新型气化的方法。以青海石英砂为固体气化剂,将陕北低变质烟煤转化成了较高热值的煤气,研究了混合煤气的组成、浓度、热值、酸碱性、气流量、集气空间气体压力和温度分布等特征参数,分析了混合煤气的用途,探讨了气化时间对SiC副产品的产量和质量的影响,用XRD对25h气化所得SiC副产品的品质和结晶形态进行了分析。
A new-style gasification method of high volatile content soft coal is mentioned in the paper.With quartz from Qinghai as solid gas former,we transform the high volatile content soft coal from Shanbei into a high heating value gas.Such parameters of the combination gas as content,heating value,acid-base number,flux,air pressure and temperature of gas collecting space are investigated.It's application is also analyzed.And besides,the influence of gasification time upon the yield and quality of SiC byproduct is discussed.The quality and crystalline of SiC byproduct prepared by 25 hours gasification is analyzed with XRD too.
