摘要(Abstract):
分别对增设前拱的某35 t/h和增设双拱的某10 t/h抛煤机锅炉的炉内燃烧与传热特性进行了分析研究。分析发现增拱后有助于强化炉内燃烧,并减少锅炉的化学和机械未完全燃烧热损失,提高了抛煤机锅炉的炉膛出口烟温和热效率。
The combustion and heat transfer characteristics of a 35t/h and a 10t/h stoker boiler with the arches fit into have been analyzed and compared with those previously.In comparison,combustion has been intensified,the chemical and mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss has been reduced,and therefore the boiler thermal efficiency and the flue temperature at furnace outlet have been raised.
