电磁吸附技术在加介系统的设计与研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对重介选煤厂介质粉添加系统自动化程度低、人工劳动强度大、计量不准确、加介效率低的问题,分析了常见的重介质分选工艺、介质回收系统和添加工艺,设计了包括电磁吸附技术、传感器识别技术和设备自动控制技术为一体的加介系统,解决了原来磁铁矿粉不能自动添加的问题,只需要手动输入添加质量即可自动完成添加磁铁矿粉的全过程,不需要人工再次操作;解决了选煤厂磁铁矿粉添加工作量大、劳动强度大、工作效率低的问题;同时实现了选煤厂磁铁矿粉添加精确计量的问题,既保证了添加量满足要求,又避免了过度添加造成浪费,配合数据库管理可实现月度、年度加介总量统计。
Aiming at the problems of low automation, high labor intensity, inaccurate measurement, and low efficiency of the medium powder addition system in the heavy medium coal preparation plant, the common heavy medium separation process, medium recovery system and addition process were analyzed, and electromagnetic adsorption technology, sensor recognition technology and equipment automatic control technology were integrated as an intermediary system.Solve the problem that the original magnetite powder cannot be added automatically.That only need to manually input the adding quality to automatically complete the whole process of adding magnetite powder, without manual operation again; solve the workload of adding magnetite powder in the coal preparation plant.The problem of large, labor-intensive, and low work efficiency; at the same time, the problem of accurate measurement of the addition of magnetite powder in the coal preparation plant is realized, which not only ensures the amount of addition meets the requirements, but also avoids the waste caused by excessive addition.It can be achieved monthly by cooperating with database management.The statistical function of the annual total amount of mediation.
