准东煤灰沾污指标研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了解决乌鲁木齐地区电站锅炉在燃用高沾污性准东煤过程中经常出现的炉内受热面结焦和沾污严重问题,首先介绍了德国、美国规定的高钠煤燃烧中的沾污特性指标以及在避免炉膛结渣及受热面沾污方面的经验。根据西安热工研究院有限公司对乌鲁木齐周边地区煤种的燃烧试验,重点论述了该地区典型锅炉安全掺烧时的准东煤灰钠含量。结果表明:对于100 MW等级锅炉,煤灰中钠含量值≤2.5%时,对于200,300 MW等级锅炉,煤灰中钠含量≤3.0%时,锅炉都可以长期安全稳定运行。但新建的600,1000 MW等级机组锅炉对于高钠准东煤的适应性还有待进一步验证。
To resolve serious coking and contamination on the heating surface of utility boilers using Zhundong coal in Urumchi,first introduce the fouling index of high-sodium coal in USA and Germany as well as the solutions for the problems mentioned above.Based on the combustion tests of high-sodium coal collected from Urumchi and surrounding areas,in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the boilers,emphasize the sodium content range in ash.The results show that,for the 100 MW boilers,200 MW to 300 MW boilers,the proper sodium content are less than 2.5 percent and less than 3.0 percent respectively.For the newly-bulit 600,1000 MW boilers,there are no reliable data.
