生物质及燃煤混合流化特性的实验研究Experimental study on fluidization characteristics of biomass and coal co-firing

摘要(Abstract):
选取典型生物质及煤,基于冷态CFB实验系统进行二组分混合物流化特性实验研究。结果表明:单一生物质颗粒不能达到良好的流化效果,但流化效果可以通过在生物质中加入煤改善,随煤量的增加流化效果变好。生物质和煤二组分混合颗粒的比率小于6∶4时,可以达到较好的流化状态,混合颗粒的最小流化速度随生物质质量分数的增加而减小,料层高度对混合颗粒的流化特性影响不大。生物质与煤混合流化时的最小流化速度和计算预测值较为接近。
Selected meagre coal and typical biomass,such as tree branch and sawdust as research objects,with the aid of CFB boiler cold test system,researched their fluidization characteristics.The results show that,the fluidization properties of single biomass are poor,while add some meagre coal,the properties get better,and the more the better.When the mass ratio of biomass and meagre coal is 6 ∶4,the fluidized effect is the best.The minimium fluidization velocity of mixture decrease with the increase of biomass mass fraction,it's very similar to the predictive value.The material layer height has little effect on the fluidization characteristics of mixture.
