煤炭快速装车超偏载智能监测

摘要(Abstract):

随着经济发展以及铁路运输量的不断增长,煤炭快速装车超偏载现象非常严重,严重制约列车运行安全。针对现有基于称重原理的货运列车超偏载检测系统的不足,结合目前机械化装载的工作流程,借助激光雷达三维成像和监测技术,分析计算空/满车几何图像表面、体积、形状。以一次性数据采集使"装载偏载、卸载不完全、超载和欠载"得以解决,分析基于成像方法、激光雷达的超偏载检测系统。从而提出通过实时视频图像监控技术与非接触式的三维立体成像技术结合的一套方法,实现煤炭快速装车装载效果的智能监测。
With the development of economy and the continuous growth of railway transportation, the phenomenon of overload and eccentric load of coal rapid loading is very serious, which seriously restricts the safety of train operation.Based on the shortcomings of the existing freight train overload and partial load detection system, the current mechanized loading workflow and lidar three-dimensional imaging and monitoring technology, the surface, volume and shape of empty/full vehicle geometric images were analyzed and calculated.One time data acquisition was used to solve the problem of "partial loading, incomplete unloading, overload and underload", and the overload and partial load detection system based on imaging method and lidar was analyzed. Therefore, a set of method combining real-time video image monitoring technology and non-contact three-dimensional imaging technology is proposed to realize the intelligent monitoring of coal rapid loading effect.
