低阶煤热解多联产系统评价体系及其指标权重确定

摘要(Abstract):

采用德尔菲法(Delphi)和层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)相结合的方法构建煤热解多联产系统评价体系分层结构模型。确定和计算各级指标权重并进行总排序的一致性检验,最终建立了技术、经济、环境、社会4个一级指标及若干个二级、三级指标构成的综合评价体系。对其各级指标权重进行排序。结果表明:一级指标中技术指标所占比重最大,依次为环境指标、经济指标、社会指标;二级指标中效率、企业收益、技术成熟度位于前列;最末端的三级指标中,工业化程度指标所占比重最大,其次是输出单位能量废水排放量,最后是企业内部收益率。
Determine the hierarchical structure model of coal pyrolysis poly-generation system with Delphi and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) methods.The index weight of each indicator in three grades and consistency check of the total sorts are implemented based on the AHP method.The evaluation system of low rank coal pyrolysis poly-generation is ultimately established which contains 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 17 third-level indicators.The results show that,in the first-level indicators,the technical indicators are the highest,followed by the environmental,economic and social.In the second-level indicators,the order of the combination weights is determined as efficiency,enterprise income and technology maturity.In the three indicators,the subsequence of the weight is industrialization proportion,wastewater emissions and enterprise internal rate of return.
