    Slime water treatment is an important link in coal preparation plant production,which not only directly affects the realization of closed-circuit washing water cycle in coal preparation plant,but also is one of the most expensive links in coal washing production. By analyzing the coal quality characteristics of daliuta coal preparation plant and combining with its actual washing cost composition,this paper optimizes the process of dust coal system in daliuta coal preparation plant,and compares and analyzes production benefits and washing cost. Process optimization the dry dedusting process for the end coal of daliuta coal preparation plant can prevent the coal powder from flooding into the sorting system,and the sludge will produce more fine coal slime,thus reducing the total amount of slime in the system,thus reducing the pressure of slime water system,reducing the difficulty of dewatering slime products and reducing the operation cost of the process system. Taking the average annual price of 2018 as the base price,the dry dedusting process of < 6 mm is more efficient and economical than the fully selected process of coal,and the separation cost is significantly reduced,thus achieving the expected effect of process optimization.

  • Application of self-cleaning sieve plate in Shangwan coal preparation plant

Based on the actual production situation of Shangwan coal preparation plant,the comprehensive separation indexes of 13 and 25 mm sieve plates were determined by comparative screening test. Compared with the test data of traditional polyurethane sieve plate,the comprehensive separation index of self-cleaning sieve plate in 25 mm classification is 1.83% higher than that of traditional sieve plate in25 mm combined with 50 mm classification,and the service life of sieve plate is extended,which not only improves the selection rate,but also effectively reduces the content of mismatch in screening materials,reduces the treatment pressure of slime water and ensures the coal blending under the screen particle size stability.

  • Research and optimization on the improvement of processing efficiency of pressure filter in coal preparation plant

  • Study on heavy medium separation of coarse slime in power coal preparation plant

    In general power coal preparation plants,coarse slime is treated by hydrocyclone + spiral separator or hydrocyclone + arc screen+ Slime Centrifuge,but less by dense medium hydrocyclone. Based on the study of the factors such as feed pressure and separation density of the heavy medium hydrocyclone,the feasibility of using the heavy medium hydrocyclone to separate the coarse slime in the power coal preparation plant is discussed. The results show that the coarse slime can be effectively separated by using the recovery method of the coarse slime heavy medium hydrocyclone in the treatment of the coarse slime in the coal preparation plant. According to the characteristics of the coarse slime in the coal oil preparation plant,when using the two product slime heavy medium hydrocyclone,the ash content of the final cleaned coal cannot be reduced to less than 3% by adjusting the feeding pressure and separation density. When the three product slime dense medium cyclone is used for coarse slime recovery,and the actual production density is used,the feeding pressure can be increased properly,which can meet the requirements of less than 3% ash content in the final clean coal and achieve the expected purpose.

The abrasion of screen bar is less than 5%,which has good wearing quality performance. For materials with high water content and high viscosity,the use effect is more obvious.
