LI Tongpo;Shendong Coal Preparation Center;In order to solve the problem of high failure rate of imported weighing secondary instrument totalizer used in equipment such as belt weighing,weighing bin,screw feeding weighing,quantitative stirring weighing and filling in industrial and mining enterprise production system,it is not suitable for repair after damage,and the cost is expensive,there are various drawbacks such as the use,maintenance,complicated calibration operation,high cost of spare parts procurement,long cycle,etc.After conducting in-depth research on the above-mentioned problem symmetric weight equipment,an alternative scheme is proposed,which is adopted in the belt scale.The weighing sensor is installed at the bottom of the weighing chamber,the spiral feeding scale,the quantitative stirring weighing and the like,and the pressure voltage signal is filtered and transmitted to the analog input end of the central processing unit CPU( small central computing unit or single chip module),and processed by the central processing unit. The unit( CPU) performs weighing and calibration algorithm operation processing,simplifies the hardware composition,and finally realizes functions such as automatic calibration,weighing operation,data conversion,and data output.According to the successful implementation of the alternative method of the imported weighing and weighing instrumentation totalizer in the production system of Daliuta Coal Preparation Plant and obtained the national patent,the results show that the research results can completely replace the current belt weigh,weighing bin,spiral The weighing system for the imported weighing and weighing secondary instrument accumulator with high failure rate in the equipment of weighing,quantitative stirring and weighing irrigation.This paper elaborates on the hardware composition,function and characteristics of the scheme.
