    In order to reduce the crushing of block coal in the process of washing and transporting and to further improve the benefit of coal enterprises,the key factors affecting the crushing of block coal in the whole operation process of coal washing and processing were studied through mechanical analysis.The mechanism of impact velocity and impact time between coal particles in the process of block coal crushing was expounded.Based on the analysis of the whole process of bulk coal washing and shipping,the corresponding anti-crushing solution was put forward.The results show that the whole technological process combined with block coal crushing prevention technology can effectively reduce the limiting rate of thermal coal products and obtain considerable economic benefits.

  • Combustion mechanism of pulverized coal injection by lanthanum oxide enhanced blast furnace

    Lanthanum oxide( La2 O3) has excellent chemical catalytic performance.The combustion mechanism of La2 O3 on coal powder was studied by using pulverized coal from a blast furnace production site as raw material. The high temperature and high pressure pulverized coal combustion device was used to simulate the combustion conditions of the blast furnace tuyere in the blast furnace.The pulverized coal combustion rate test was conducted and the unburned carbon residue was collected. The unburned carbon was analyzed by SEM,and the thermal weight-differential thermal analysis was used to analyze the coal by La2 O3.The results show that the combustion rate of pulverized coal is obviously improved after adding La2 O3.When the amount of La2 O3 is 1.5%,the burning rate of pulverized coal is increased by 12.33%.At this time,the average particle size of unburned carbon residue is larger than that of unburned carbon residue of raw coal.The average particle size is reduced by 14.5 μm and the appearance is extremely irregular.La2 O3 forms transient metal oxide La3+( CO-)3 on the surface of pulverized coal fixed carbon,weakens the bridge bond between carbon molecular structural units,improves the reaction rate of pulverized coal particles,promotes the early release of volatiles,and significantly improves coal. The combustion reactivity of the powder particles improves the combustion efficiency of the coal powder.

  • Optimization design and practice of quality improvement and efficiency enhancement process for end coal system

  • Evaluation of production process in the southern part of Baode coal preparation plant

    The deterioration of raw coal quality,high content of gangue and the serious mud phenomenon has lead to separation system unable to effectively meet the production demand in the southern part of Baode coal preparation plant.Industrial analysis,sliming test and sieving floatation and sinking test of raw coal in southern area of Baode coal preparation plant were analysed,and separation process of lump coal,end coal,gangue re-separation,coarse slime and flexibility of production system were evaluated.Optimization suggestions for production system design was put forward. The raw coal has many fine materials and poor washability. Therefore,the lump coal is separated by shallow groove with heavy medium,and the final coal is separated by heavy medium cyclone,which fully meets the requirement of separation particle size.The heavy medium cyclone is used for the gangue reelection process.The clean coal is most sorted by the combination of water medium cyclone and spiral separator.Aiming at the phenomenon of gangue mudding in the raw coal in the southern part of Baode coal preparation plant,the desliming process of gangue is added,which can effectively reduce the medium loss and production cost,and realize the density stability of the gangue re-separation system.

  • Research on new additive process in coal-to-oil coal preparation plant

    In view of the problems existing in the traditional additive process of power coal preparation plant,a new additive process-dense medium system was developed through combination with the actual situation of Shendong coal-to-oil coal preparation plant.The automatic upgrading of additive system was carried out,and transformation effect was analyzed.A strong barrel is installed above the joint barrel,and the pipe is installed at the bottom of the dense barrel to the barrel.Proportional control valve is installed in the root canal of dense medium barrel.The liquid level sensor is installed in 1355 dense medium barrel,and the automatic control is realized by detecting the dense medium barrel,liquid level and density.Practice has proved that the automatic control system runs reliably,shortens the adjusting time of medium density,improves the production efficiency and stabilizes the quality of product clean coal.The annual output of coal preparation plant is4 million tons.After the transformation in 2017,the medium is saved by 1 120 tons compared with 2016.The total annual cost of the transformation for dense medium system is about 1.05 million yuan.The application of dense medium system in coal preparation plant optimizes human resources,reduces the labor intensity of employees,reduces the consumption of medium,improves the automation level of production system,stabilizes the quality of coal products,and provides users with better products.

  • Analysis of influencing factors for coal slurry treatment and recovery and transformation in Buertai coal preparation plant

  • Pilot test on fine coal flotation of low rank power coal

    In order to realize high value-added utilization of low rank slime,aiming at the problems of high ash content,high sulphur content and low value of slime in Buertai coal preparation plant,pilot test on flotation feasibility of fine slime was carried out to verify the actual separation effect of fine slime at industrial level,the consumption of reagents and the unit processing capacity,etc.The dewatering effect of flotation concentrate filter press and pressure filter were investigated.Direct flotation test shows that the slurry water runs roughly in the final coal system,accounting for a high proportion of less than 0.045 mm. The ash content of feed,clean coal and tailings are 20. 19%,5. 30% and 58.53%,respectively,and yield of clean coal is 72.03%.Pilot flotation column has good effect on direct flotation of coal slurry water in block end system. Thickening flotation test shows that slurry water in lump coal system can be effectively concentrated by deep cone concentrator,with feed concentration of 2. 13%,underflow concentration of 6. 57%,overflow concentration of 0. 20%,feed ash of31. 31%,flotation concentrate ash of 7.09%,flotation tailings ash of 76.83%,and flotation effect is good.Direct flotation test of slurry water shows that the ash content of flotation feed,concentrate,tailings are 27.79%,7.43% and 77.83%,respectively,and the yield of clean coal is 71.88%.Compared with pilot direct flotation and concentration flotation,concentration flotation has high flotation concentration and low medicament consumption.

  • Analysis of the cause of steel structure corrosion in coal preparation plant

    In order to find out the reason of steel structure corrosion in the workshop of Shendong coal preparation center,the changes of water quality,including electrical conductivity,p H,hardness and corrosion ion,were detected and analyzed.Based on the surface and quality changes of No.45 carbon steel in different corrosion solution,the influence of various corrosion factors on the corrosion of steel structure was studied and compared.The influence of temperature and humidity on the corrosion of steel structure was studied by measuring and comparing the temperature and humidity of different working areas in the workshop of coal preparation plant.The results show that the corrosion of steel structure in coal preparation plant is caused by many factors.The content of chloride ion and sulphate ion in water is high,and the average content is 391 mg/L.The measured temperature is 20-35 ℃ and the humidity is 80 ℃.This temperature and humidity accelerate the corrosion of steel structure.Controlling the temperature,humidity and the concentration of corrosion ion in water are the main measures to solve the corrosion of steel structure.

  • Feasibility study on synergistic transformation of coking coal blending in Baode coal preparation plant

    In order to realize rational and optimal allocation of coal resources,aiming at the problems of simple process and single product in Baode coal preparation plant,the indexes of clean coal and the washability of raw coal were studied,and feasibility and effect of technological transformation were analysed.The results show that 8-1 raw coal belongs to gas coal with high metamorphic degree.Clean coal can meet the target requirements of coking coal blending,maximize the added value of coal products,and achieve the rational allocation of resources through coal separation. Selection of scheme 1 can improve by 175 million yuan per year efficiency. Compared with the existing mode,it has little influence on the system,and can easily restore the status quo after the transformation.The sorting system is flexible,and the production mode can be adjusted at any time.

  • Experimental study on industry gasification of lump coal from Shendong mining area

    In view of"thinning,slagging"and large bed resistance of gasifier with low ash melting temperature coal in Shendong mining area,the gasification test of the Zhun lump coal in the Daliuta ore coal of Shendong mining area was carried out in four different proportions of 20%,30%,40% and 50%.The changes of blast pressure,gas composition,calorific value,coal consumption and gas yield were studied.The results show that quality of raw coal gasified with different proportions has little change with that without coal blending,but coal blending makes the gasification process go on smoothly,reduces the blast pressure at the bottom of the furnace,reduces the power consumption,and thus saves the cost.Four blending ratios of comprehensive gas production and gas quality can meet the production needs.Ash discharge of blending ratio 50% is larger,and coal cost reduction of blending ratio 20% is small due to small proportion of Zhun lump coal blending.Ash discharge of blending ratio 30% and 40% are in acceptable range that is better blending ratio.

  • Control of coarse slime dewatering process in final coal system of Daliuta coal preparation plant

  • Optimization of production system in coal-to-oil coal preparation plant

    In order to solve a series of problems caused by a large amount of secondary slime produced in the crushing process,the slime system was optimized on the basis of the existing production technology of Shendong coal-to-oil coal preparation plant.The effects of segmental modification of raw coal grading screen,replacement of duckbill desliming nozzle and use of new medicament on coal slurry production system were analysed.The results show that the amount of coal slime is reduced by about 16 000 tons per month,the daily operation time of the slime system is reduced by more than 6 hours,the coal medium consumption of washing ton is reduced from 1.35 kg/t to 0.87 kg/t,and the electricity consumption is reduced from 1.57 yuan to 1.43 yuan.   • Research on undrained magnetic separation technology in waste medium

    Aiming at the problems of high ash fine slime back blending mixed coal caused to secondary pollution to blended coal quality,increasing drug consumption and reducing separation accuracy in Ulanmulun coal preparation plant,dilute medium magnetic separation technology was analysed. Undrained magnetic separation technology in waste medium was studied and applied,and application effect of technology was anaylsed.The waste slurry can be separated from coal slurry products in time by undrained magnetic separation technology in waste medium,which shortens the residence time of waste slurry in coal slurry water system,reduces the ash content of fine coal slurry by 1%,effectively reduces reagents consumption,and strengthens the sedimentation effect of coal slurry water.After modification,the calorific value of blended coal increases by 54 k J/kg due to the reduction of ash content,and the economic benefit increases by 5.2 million yuan.The cation and anion consumption per ton of coal decrease by 10 g and 3 g,respectively,and the reagent cost is saved by 166 thousand yuan.

  • Study on flotation technology of low rank coal

    Because of high gangue content of raw coal,the gangue in Buertai coal preparation plant is easy to slime,which makes coal slurry water difficult to settle and seriously restricts the capacity of final coal system.Aiming at the properties of raw coal in Buertai area,the slurry flotation was carried out by using newly developed special low rank slurry flotation collector and cyclone-static micro-bubble flotation column which belong to China University of Mining and Technology.By analyzing the properties of flotation clean coal,the possible ways of high-quality low-ash fine-grained coal development and utilization in the future were studied.The semi-industrial test shows that the better flotation effect can obtained with clean coal ash of 7.30%,tailings ash of 78.55% and recovery of combustible product of 89.13%,when the collector consumption is 2.5-3.0 kg/t.coal slurry has less mineral composition,finer particle size and higher calorific value after flotation.It can be used not only as power coal for power generation,but also as high-quality coal chemical raw material.The use of coal slurry has been broadened,and its utilization value has increased.

  • Study on alternative application of imported weighing secondary instrument integrator

    In order to solve the problems of slow switching speed of production system and unclear mode of production in Shangwan coal preparation plant,the main production methods according to the requirements of production needs and intelligent construction were summarized,and reformed the key gates in the production system. A small model of production system was established by taking the action of sluice plate and supporting hydraulic station and the starting and stopping of process system under the corresponding production mode into a logical locking relationship.The results show that the technical transformation can achieve the purpose of automatic switching and energy saving and consumption reduction of the production system.

  • Innovative practice of online grain size detection in Shangwan coal preparation plant

    In order to reduce the risk of coal quality accident caused by particle size exceeding the standard in the production process of coal preparation plant,the requirements of material size control for intermediate products or final products in each production link of Shangwan coal preparation plant was studied,and a method to realize on-line particle size detection by means of automation was put forward: An automatic on-line particle size detection device was developed. After parctical application of 251 mixing coal belt conveyor in Shangwan coal preparation plant,mixing rate exceeding the upper limit caused by coal accident is not occured.The results show that through the above innovative practices,the limitation and lag of traditional screening test method and artificial experience judgment method in judging material particle size exceeding the limit are broken,the labor intensity of coal preparation plant staff is reduced,and the coal quality index of commercial coal is improved.

    In order to improve the detection accuracy of commercial coal,timely guide the production of clean coal,and solve the problems existing in the detection of clean coal ash in the Shangwan coal preparation plant with the existing ash analyzer,a DF-5753 D multi-point online ash analyzer was selected.The application performance of the ash analyzer in the clean coal ash detection of Shangwan coal preparation plant was analyzed.The results show that the equipment can continuously detect the clean coal ash data with small error.The variance and tandard deviation was 0.188 9 and 0.366 4,respectively,with the average deviation of 0.The ideal application performance indicated that DF-5753 D multi-point online ash analyzer can effectively guide the production operation of the coal preparation plant.

    In order to reduce the dust content in the workplace,coal dust control measures in coal preparation plant were analyzed,and effect of coal dust control was analyzed.Coal dust and physical and mental hazards of workers are reduced through optimizing production process,reforming dust removal facilities,adding new wet dust removal facilities and creating unmanned operation in Jinjie coal preparation plant.For the coal dust caused by large drop of coal flow and large wind force,it is appropriate to adopt the methods of sealing the guide trough,expanding the capacity and increasing the dust curtain to control it.Water spray and dust suppression methods should be adopted for coal dust produced by low surface moisture,coal bumps in the process of reloading and fine coal particles.After the comprehensive treatment of coal dust,the concentration of coal dust is reduced from above 30 mg/m3 to below 5 mg/m3.
