In order to improve the effect of kerosene on flotation of coal slime,the role of catalyst type and catalyst dosage in the electrochemical oxidation modification of kerosene were studied.Three kinds of catalysts,potassium permanganate,potassium dichromate,and ferric sulfate,were selected as the research object,and their effects on the characteristics and the contact angle of modified kerosene were studied.The best catalyst was selected,and the influence of catalyst dosage on the kerosene characteristics and contact angle was studied.The results show that when potassium permanganate is used as a catalyst,the density,acid value and contact angle of the modified kerosene are the largest.The density,acid value and contact angle of modified kerosene increase gradually with the increase of the amount of potassium permanganate.When the dosage of potassium permanganate is 500 mg/L,the density,acid value and contact angle of modified kerosene begin to stabilize.The effect of kerosene amount on the yield of clean coal shows that when the yield of clean coal is fixed,the amount of modified kerosene is reduced by half before the modification,which significantly improves the flotation effect of kerosene on coal slime.

In view of the poor dehydration effect of the end clean coal pre-dewatering arc screen in Longtai coal preparation plant,based on the recovery process of the final clean coal in the coal preparation plant,the causes of the arc screen string were analyzed and the modification was carried out.The results show that low feed concentration of arc screen leads to serious channeling,which affects the desliming and dehydration effect.Arc screen is fed along the tangent direction at a certain initial velocity,and if the speed is too fast,it causes channeling material on the screen surface.Vibration motor power is small,and has insufficient vibration,which seriously affects the dehydration effect.By adjusting the amplitude of the vibrating motor of arc screen,cleaning the screen seam of arc screen regularly,increasing the stopper at feed inlet ofarc screen and adding the pneumatic batter,channeling of arc screen is sloved,and water of fine cleaned coal changes from~23. 5% to 10. 8%.

In order to improve the effect of kerosene on flotation of coal slime,effect of electrochemical modification on contact angle of kerosene was explored.The effects of electrolysis time of 0-60 min and the electrolyte concentration of 0-10% on the acid value and contact angle of the modified kerosene were studied respectively to determine the optimal electrolysis time and electrolyte concentration.The results show that the acid value and contact angle of the modified kerosene gradually increase with the increase of electrolysis time.When the electrolysis time exceeds 40 min,the acid value and contact angle of the modified kerosene tend to be stable.When the electrolyte concentration is 8%,the modified kerosene has the best contact angle.Contact angle of kerosene before and after modification are 75. 964° and 82. 230°respectively,and the electrochemical modification improves the contact angle of kerosene.

In view of high medium consumption of Wanli No.1 coal preparation plant,major factors of medium consumption were analysed from medium selection,process equipment and production process management,and medium optimization,equipment improvement,strengthen management were used to reduce the medium consumption.Results show that according to heavy medium shallow groove production process system,the content of below 0.074 mm particles in magnetite powder is more than 85% in the principle of ensuring the system stability and maximizing the benefits.The magnetic substance content of magnetic mineral powder should be above 95%,and the true density should be more than 4.50 kg/L.The medium consumption of heavy media coal preparation can be reduced by increasing effective area of shallow-groove fixed demulsifier,setting mixing box on the magnetic separator and improving production management.After transformation,magnetic content of clean coal is changed from 0.69 kg/t to 0.15 kg/t,and magnetic separator overflow concentration of magnetic material is from 0.71 g/L to 0.10 g/L.Medium consumption in dense medium shallow groove system is from 0.8 kg/t to 0.38 kg/t,and recovery rate of medium reaches 99%,which improves product quality and reduces the production cost.

Working principle of dense medium separator and technical characteristics of W26 F54 shallow slot machine were anaiysed.Problems and reasons of shallow slot separation were studied,and transformation methods and effect were obtained.Results show that distribution of heavy products in bottom of shallow slot is uneven under the interaction of medium resistance and self gravity in the tank because of different heavy products property,which causes unshapeliness wear of dense medium separator,plastic deformation of scraper.By selecting 12 mm carbon hot rolled steel plate with brand Q345,adding reinforcement on the back of scraper,adjusting load bearing of single scraper,adjusting angle of scraper and axial,the rate of scraper accident and scraper plastic deformation are reduced by 84.44% and 82.11%,respectively.The overhaul period is changed from 75 d to 100 d.

In order to improve the working effect of conveyor belt cleaner in coal preparation plant,the high pressure air through comb-type nozzle was used to separate the air curtain,so that the materials adhered to the return section of the conveyor belt can be recovered well and the conveyer belt trestle can be avoided.It can effectively improve the working environment,reduce the labor intensity,equipment wear and material consumption.The results show that the comb nozzle cleaner can remove more than 99% of the backhaul materials with lower air pressure and air volume on the conveyor belt after washing.

The Hujierte mining area has a gentle terrain,and there are many Quaternary coverings on the surface,mainly including sandy land,Upper Pleistocene Sarausu Formation or Holocene lake accumulation. The shallow groundwater resources are rich and the ecological environment is extremely sensitive.In order to quickly and effectively identify the groundwater enrichment area of the mining area,the trend of ecological environment was studied. Using Landsat 8 OLI remote sensing data,surface water body( SWB),land surface temperature( LST),Vegetation fractional coverage( VFC),net primary productivity( NPP) indicators were analyzed.According to the relationship between relevant index and groundwater level,combined with the ecological characteristics of the mining area,the groundwater enrichment area was extracted,and the 12-month water area was spatially superimposed to obtain a water area throughout the year.Using the three indicators of LST,NPP,and VFC,the thresholds are VFC>30%,LST<26 ℃,and NPP >300 g C/( m~2·a),respectively.Through the 397 water level observation point measured in the mining area,the groundwater level area less than 2 m is extracted,and the area less than 2 m is compared with the groundwater enrichment area extracted this time.The spatial overlap degree of the two areas reaches 85%. The comprehensive index method is validated by the groundwater depth data,which can quickly identify the groundwater spatial pattern and monitor the long-term ecological environment change trend.

Wangjiata Coal Mine is located in Dongsheng District of Oredos City,and its water resources are relatively short,so it is difficult to solve the demand of fresh water consumption of 1 000 m3 per day.The characteristics of mine water quality in Wangjiata Coal Mine are high suspended matter,high iron content,bacteria exceeding the standard,and relatively low mineralization degree.The coal mine water was purified through two stages of general treatment workshop and pure water treatment workshop.After general treatment of mine water,ultraviolet disinfectant,activated carbon filter,brush filter,security filter,two stage reverse osmosis,ultraviolet disinfection and mineral treatment were adopted.It can reach the hygienic standard of drinking water quality( GB 5749—2006). The treatment of mine water is economical,environmental and social benefit is considerable,especially in the area of lack of water resources,which has a certain prospect of popularization and application.

The traditional customs and methods of ropes selection are changing with the promulgation and implementation of the new GB/T33955—2017《Steel wire ropes for mine hoisting》.In order to adapt changes of the new GB,main content,characters and changes of new national standard and old standard and impact analysis of equipment selection were analyzed.The results show that aspects such as nominal rope diameter range,nominal rope diameter and non-circularity,rope length mass factor,bending fatigue properties and turn have no obvious difference.However,the changes are greater which include rope tensile strength grade,shaped strand rope designation and strand structure,rope breaking force.The changes have influenced the customs and methods of rope selection,and large changes should be well recognized.

In order to ensure the safety and feasibility of design of foundation pit,the common problems in the design of foundation pit was analysed,and methods to solve the adverse effects of miscellaneous fill and reasonable setting of the drainage pipe were discussed.Results show that earth and water pressure of cohesive soil after precipitation and drainage are still calculated by combined calculation of earth and water pressure.In the case of aquifers such as sandy soil,sand,gravel soil and other aquifers,effect of groundwater should no longer be considered in the case of precipitation measures.The shear strength index of soil should be calculated by the effective stress intensity index C'and φ'.For the miscellaneous fill with thickness of 2 m and below,the starting point of supporting structure should be set at the bottom of the shallow buried fill layer,and the clutter is considered as an additional load for the support design.The anchorage section of soil nailing or anchor should enter the lower lying natural stratum and anchorage section shoule be grouting reinforcement in advance to improved soil property and ultimate bond strength of miscellaneous fill with a thickness of 2 m or above. The number of drainage holes are encrypted in aquifer and aquifers,especially in the low water catchment area.The drainage section of the discharge pipe is in the lower lying layer,and a small amount or no discharge device can be set in the clay and other aquifers.

Aim at the unsatisfied demand for mine hoisting capacity in main shaft hoisting system of SGEC( Gaohe Mine),the optimization design was carried out by analyzing actual operation and lifting load of No.1 and No.2 mine hoists.The optimized system was checked,and the renovation effect was evaluated.The results show that by increasing skips' actual loading of hoisting system,optimizing the loading system at the underground,reducing the rest time,optimizing the unloading system at the shaft mouth,shortening the pure running time,the renovation has shortened The cycle time is reduced by about 20 s,and boosts the yearly lifting capacity is up to 14.38 Mt/a,which greatly promptes the production capacity of hoisting system.Maintenance time gets guaranteed,and safety & reliability of main shaft hoisting system is improved.

In view of application of X ray recognition technology in coal separation,the basic principle of coal gangue by X ray identification,X ray identification of coal gangue technology,X ray management and γ ray management contrast,and the new requirements of X ray recognition technology to the coal quality analysis were introduced. The theoretical basis of X ray coal gangue identification technology is that when X rays irradiate different substances,the attenuation degree and imaging are different. Upper limit of effective sorting of X ray identification of coal gangue is 300 mm,and lower limit and effective sorting granularity are 15 mm and 300-25 mm,respectively. Coal preparation technology based on X ray recognition of coal gangue has the advantages of simple system,safe and efficient,no water,no medium and no slime.Compared with other traditional coal preparation technologies,coal preparation technology based on X ray recognition of coal gangue is more conducive to realize coal separation,and has bright future in Shanxi,Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang.

CFG piles are difficult and costly to drill in the pebble layer.In order to apply CFG pile composite foundation to pebble layer,the optimal design concept of pile number was proposed.Construction methods and drill of CFG pile composite foundation of pebble layer were improved,and comparison of technology and economy before and after improvement were analysed. The results show that when the pile number reaches the optimum,the hole-forming footage of pebble layer is the least.When the improved type of spiral drill with wear-resistant hard alloy bit is used to break the large size pebbles into small granular gravel with the construction method of slow and powerful cutting,the construction efficiency is greatly improved,and the number of piles per day is increased from 7-10 roots to 18-25 roots.The construction technology of leading through the pebble layer ensures the quality of piling.In the application of a high-rise residential building in Ruzhou,Henan,the construction period saves 77 days and the investment is 1 090 000 yuan.After the completion of the project,the bearing capacity of single pile and composite foundation can meet the design requirements,and the low strain integrity test has not found the type III or IV piles,and the type I piles accountes for 97%.

Improving sensitivity and steam quality,reducing equipment loss and operating loss,and ensuring the operation of the entire network security could also reduce the labor intensity of staff.By analyzing the working principle of the automatic control system of the boiler,according to the concrete steps of the engineering design,the electric chain protection of the boiler's liquid level control system was designed,and the three-impulse water level control system was designed,and the boiler water level was the main control signal.Through PID control,boiler level keeps normal range,and it can raise the alarm and take measures timely when water level is overlimit.

In order to improve flotation performance of oxidized coal in Taixi preparation plant in China,the effective measures were studied by the methods of surface property analysis,process and agent improvement.The results show that the Taixi oxidized coal is divided into 3 types,which are weathered coal,water-rust coal and fire extinguishing engineering coal.During weathering process of coal,water infiltration and evaporation process play a significant role.Indoor storage can significantly reduce the occurrence of coal weathering coal. The yield of concentrates of oxidized coal and the combustible recovery in flotation are increased by the surface polishing and grinding to above 75%and 85%,respectively,and the ash content is less than 12%. Besides,for the water-rust coal,after surface grinding,the yield of concentrates and combustible recovery are increased to 35% and 45%,respectively.By the use of oxidized diesel oil as collector,the yield of the concentrates of oxidized coal in flotation tests can be increased by 3.11%,while the corresponding ash content can be reduced by 3.58%.The flotation performance improvement of oxidized diesel on grinded oxidized coal is more significant,which yield of concentrates is increased to 27.45%,and the ash content is reduced to 11.54%.Therefore,proper reduction of the lower limit of gravity separation is an effective way to enhance the separation of oxidized coal,and the surface polishing and grinding treatment and the use of oxidized diesel oil with some similar surface characteristics like oxidized coal as the flotation reagents can strengthen the flotation effect of fine oxidized coal.

Aiming at the problem of high ash and fine mud content,long operation cycle of dehydrating equipment and heavy load of coal mud water system in two workshop of coal preparation plant,roughing process modification of clean coal was conducted,and transformation effect was analysed.Because the concentration of flotation concentrate is low( 255 g/L),the grain level of below 0.125 mm is low( 24%)and the grain level of above 0.045 mm is higher( 46%),the low ash fine coal material should be properly added into the flotation concentrate to ensure that the concentration of flotation concentrate and the size of the flotation concentrate reach the standard.The concentration of flotation concentrate is controlled above 280 g/L,and the particle size below 0.045 mm is below 40%.Increase the pipeline and valve,mix the bottom flow material of the one sets of clean coal magnetic tail swirler into the flotation concentrate to ensure that the concentration and granularity of the flotation concentrate meet the best requirements.The monthly flotation concentrate increases the benefit by 0.432 million yuan,and the medium consumption decreases by 75.6 thousand.The total effect is 0.507 6 million yuan,and the annual profit increases by 6.091 2 million yuan.

This study is aim to find a way to measure the carbon in a short time,and the precision is equal to the three-section furnace method of standard GB/T 476—2008 Dtermination of Carbon and Hydrogen.Under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the test results,the improved test method shortens the test time by about 50% and improves the work efficiency.
