• Application of SSC classification crusher in Shuangxin mining industry coal preparation plant

    Introduce the problems in Shuangxin mining industry coal preparation plant,large gangue fell easily,especially the sharp ones could damage the conveying equipments,the equipments were overloaded due to a great number of large raw coal.The analysis of structure and working principle of SSC classification crusher show that it has a series of advantages such as easy manufacture and repair,low energy consumption and cost,strong crush capacity and durability.So the plant adopts one SSC1000 crusher to control the particle size of raw coal.Install the crusher in the middle of chute,which connects the main shaft and silo.Raise the crusher 3.5 m by steel structure support,so the chute through crusher has sufficient height to adjust the angle and position.The slideway of crusher is perpendicular to the conveying belt.Extend the slideway to the outside of workshop.After removing the crusher,the left chute is used as coal transport channel.The analysis of application effect of SSC classification crusher show that,+ 300 mm lump coal and gangue is completely eliminated,raw coal fall and conveying belt damage phenomenon is controlled.The plant increases economic benefits more than 2×106 yuan per year.

  • Technological design of Huoerxinhe coal preparation plant

    Analyse the raw coal properties of Huoerxinhe coal preparation plant through proximate analysis,elemental analysis,particle size composition and washability evaluation.The results show that,the raw coal is low and low-medium ash,while the latter is in the majority,low volatile,ultra-low and low sulfur,high and extra-high calorific value,easy and extremely-easy grindability,low reactivity to CO2 and medium slagging.The coal is brittle,frangible and difficult to degrade.The lump coal is medium washability while the density fraction is less than 1.7 g / cm3,the fine coal is easy washability and medium washability while the density fraction is less than 1.6 g/cm3 and 1.8 g / cm3 respectively.Based on the product structure of coal preparation plant,separate the lump coal and slack coal successively.The top size is 100 mm.Determine the suitable preparation process for Huoerxinhe coal preparation plant.Separate the 100 mm to 13 mm lump coal with heavy medium shallow groove,deslime 13.00 mm to 0.75 mm fine coal first,then separate with pressurized three-product heavy medium cyclone,separate 0.75 mm to 0.10 mm coarse slime with spiral separator.Concentrate the slurry-0.10 mm first,then recover and dry.Finally analyse the characteristics of the process,summarize the advantages of this process that each of lump coal and fine coal is processing,work and accidents concentrating machine are arranged in parallel.

  • Transformation of rising flow process of shallow groove separator

    Introduce the technical principle of heavy medium shallow groove separator.There were lots of problems in Pansan coal preparation plant.The circulating pump for qualified medium was too large,the rising flow process was imperfect and difficult to stably control,the layout of shallow groove pipelines was unreasonable,the lift was high,the circulating medium pump working point deviated from the maximum efficiency zone and the like.To resolve these problems,add a discharge pipe to the rising flow pipe,adjust the rising flow pressure to 0.033 MPa by installing the valves and digital pressure gauge,ensure the groove coal density-dominant separation,stabilize suspension concentration,determine the front funnel upwelling pressure is 0.040 MPa,control pipe gate valve and pressure gauge to ensure that the pressure is accurate,check the status,operation and shallow groove separation machine operation continuity.After transformation,avoid the clean coal mixing in gangue,increase the clean coal yield,the rising flow can be manually non-polar regulated,decrease the separation density and dosage of magnetite powder,the profits increase by 3×106 yuan every month.

  • Optimization of washing process of Guojiawan coal preparation plant

    The flip-flow screen has a series of merits such as high screening efficiency and handing capacity,low power consumption,noise and dynamic load,its screen aperture is not easy to jam.There were lots of problems in Guojiawan coal preparation plant,the slime water processing system was overloaded,the slack coal processing system was unstable,the upgrading effects wasn't obvious,the viscosity of slime was high.Based on the coal qualities,provide four kinds of preparation methods,which are complete washing,50 percent slack coal washing,fines removal with 6 mm flip-flow screen,fines removal with 3 mm flip-flow screen.The analysis of productivity and economic benefits of these four methods show that,the third method can decrease the raw coal feed,processing cost and slime productivity,increase the system stability.So choose the third method to optimize Guojiawan coal preparation plant.

    The separation process had a series of problems in Tangkou coal preparation plant.The separation capacity couldn't match with the mining capacity,the raw coal quality was poor and product structure was irrational and the like.Based on the coal quality,product structure,characteristics of three-product pressurized feeding dense medium cyclone,TBS and slime dense medium cyclone,determine the process after transformation.The particle ranging from 50.0 mm to 0.5 mm is separated with pre-desliming two-product pressurized feeding dense-medium cyclone,which is monitored with real-time density-control system.The particle ranging from 0.5 mm to 0.3 mm is separated with three-product pressurized feeding dense medium cyclone.After transformation,the clean coal yield is improved by 3 percent,the coal mixed in gangue is decreased to less than 1 percent.Improve the coal preparation efficiency,products value and products recovery,simplify the slime recovery system,the medium consumption is reduced to less than 1.5 kg / t,by about 30 percent.The workers number of every shift required is decrease by 6.

  • Application of efficient quick-open type pressure filter in Tunlan coal preparation plant

    Analyse the structure and working principle of XMZ-750 pressure filter.There were lots of problems such as long filtration time,low dehydration efficiency,high failure rate and maintenance cost.The KMZG450 /2000-U type efficient quick-open pressure filter has the advantages of advanced design,high degree of automation,convenient operation,so Tunlan coal preparation plant replaces the XMZ-750 pressure filter with four sets of KMZG450 /2000-U ones and auxiliary equipment.After transformation,eliminate the potential safety hazard caused by primary filter girder crack,reduce six sets of equipments and four workers.The pressing efficiency is improved by more than four times,the moisture content of filter cake is reduced to less than 18 percent,the level of automation is improved,the coal slime recovery system is optimized,the mass fraction of circulating water is decreased from 13 g / L to less than 9 g / L.Improve the separation efficiency of heavy medium system,the clean coal yield is increased by 0.5 percent,medium consumption is reduced by 8 percent,the profits increase by 2.535×107 yuan every year.Provide the improvement methods for KMZG450 /2000-U type efficient quick-open pressure filter from the aspects of operation and maintenance,the connection between posts and pipe design optimization.Perfect the properties of new type pressure filter by installing liquid level sentor in filtrate receiver and aerated water separator at end,connecting the barrel bottom,reducing the length and elbows of air blowing pipe,installing dual pull type movable cover.

  • Experimental research on Datong low-rank coal flotation

    The analysis of size distribution of Datong Jurassic low-rank slime show that the argillitization of coal samples is not serious and the size distribution is suitable for flotation.The X-ray photo electron spectroscopy(XPS) is used to test the surface property of coal samples,the results show that the surface oxygen-containing groups mainly are C—OH and —COO,which are highly hydrophilic and make the flotation difficult.The acceleration of cationic surfactant dodecyl amine on slime flotation is discussed through flotation experiments taking kerosene as collector and sec-octyl alcohol as frother.The results indicate that the addition of small dodecyl amine can reduce the consumption of flotation reagents,increase the sample surface hydrophobicity and improve the flotation effect.The optimum dosage of sec-octyl alcohol and combined collector respectively are 200 g / t and 1000 g / t,and the mass fraction of dodecyl amine is 5 percent.Under this condition,the yield of clean coal,tail ash,combustible material recovery and faultless index of flotation respectively increase by 7.11 percent,13.47 percent,7.77 percent and 3.69 percent.

  • High concentration slime water flocculating test and fractal theory

    Taking the slime water of one coal preparation plant as research object,carry out high concentration slime water flocculating test,the PAM is used as flocculant.Investigate the relationship between dosage and slime setting velocity as well as the influence of stirring rate and time on flocculation effect.Determine the best flocculation condition.The results show that,when the PAM dosage is 0.10 percent,the maximum setting velocity of slime average is 0.58 mm / s.When the stirring intensity is 150 r / min and 80 r / min,it needs 40 s and 60 s respectively to get better effects.Calculate the fractal theory under the best flocculation condition,which is 1.5737 and 1.7034 when the stirring intensity is 150 r / min and 80 r / min.The combination of these two kinds of stirring methods is beneficial for slime flocculation.

  • Slack coal homogenization in Chengjiao coal preparation plant

  • Additivity of mixed coal grindability index

    Compare the measured and calculated value of grindability index(HGI) of single coal and mixed coal.The results show that same proportion and different mixed coal for the measured and calculated value are not completely equal,there is a certain error.There are two main reasons.Error exists in the experiment and the grindability index(HGI) of single coal has no linear additivity.Verify the HGI between measured and calculated value through the t test validation.The results show that,keeping the same proportion and different mixed coal,measured and calculated value of HGI of mixed coal between large number of difficult grinding coal and a small amount of easy grinding coal have significant differences.Changing the proportion,the measured and calculated value of different mixed coal is relatively close.Keeping the mixed coal type unchanged,when the proportion is different,the error between measured and calculated value of HGI is not in the normal range.HGI hasn't linear relationship with mixed coal proportion.The HGI of single coal has no linear additivity.

  • Dry distillation of Yulin coal

    The analysis of Yulin raw coal quality show that it's high-quality coal with low moisture,ash and sulphur,high volatile,medium-high calorific value,which is suitable for low-temperature carbonization.First crush the Yulin raw coal,then analyse the influence of heating temperature and method,segmentation methods,raw coal particle size on dry distillation.Determine the suitable condition of carbonization process for Yulin coal.The results show that Yulin coal has higher strength,which help to improve utilization rate.When the carbonization temperature reaches 600 ℃,the tar yield reaches up to above 9.0 percent.The tar yield gotten by inner-heating technology is 0.7 percent higher than outer-heating method.The inner-heating technology has high heating efficiency,uniform heating and the like.To ensure the yield and quality of product,contrast one,two,three sections of the furnace,find that the three-stage furnace staging process is more suitable for Yulin coal carbonization.The optimum coal particle size for dry distillation ranges from 5 mm to 50 mm.Analyse the characteristics of coal tar and semi-coke,find that coal tar should be the main product in the carbonization process.

  • Influence of modification and grain-size gradation on slurryability of lignite

    Taking Shaotong lignite and Hulun Buir lignite as research objects,the proximate analysis and elemental analysis were done for these two kinds of lignites.Investigated the change of physical and chemical properties after modification.The optimal modification condition is that the coal granularity is less than 1 mm,heating time is 0.5 h,heating temperature is 250 ℃.Study the influence of gradation on the slurryability of modified lignite.The results show that the appropriate modification temperature ranges from 250 ℃ to 300 ℃,the optimum mass ratio of grainsize gradation is 40∶ 60,the slurry concentration of modified Shaotong lignite and Hulun Buir lignite improves by more than 5.4 percent and 3.6 percent respectively.

  • Influence of inertinite content on liquefaction performance of Shangwan coal

    The liquefaction experiments of five Shangwan coals with different inertinite content were carried out in a high pressure autoclave.The effect of reaction temperature ranging from 440 ℃ to 465 ℃ and initinal hydrogen pressure from 7 MPa to 11 MPa on the hydroliquefaction of five coals were investigated.The results show that the conversion,oil and gases yield,hydrogen consumption of 1# to 4# coal increase with the rise of temperature,meanwhile asphaltene decrease between 440 ℃ and 465 ℃,conversion of 5# coal decrease when the temperature is higher than 460 ℃.Conversion rate,oil and gases yield,hydrogen consumption of coal with different inertinite content increase with the increase of initial hydrogen pressure while asphaltene decrease.The higher the inertinite maceral content,the lower the conversion and oil yield.

  • Improvement on coal water slurry concentration prepared from Inner Mongolia low-rank coal

    High inherent moisture,lots of oxygen-containing functional groups and poor grindability of low-rank coal lead to lower coal water slurry(CWS) concentration,which limit the subsequent gasification.To resolve these problems,taking Inner Mongolia NO.1 and NO.2 coal as research objects,compare the characteristics of two kinds of coal water slurry which are prepared by traditional CWS preparation method and preliminary grinding method respectively.The results show that,the latter method can dramatically improve the content of-0.075 mm size fraction.Stabilize the apparent viscosity at 1200 mPa.s,when the mass ratio of middings and fines is 70 to 30,the highest CWS concentration of these two coals is 61.39 percent and 58.52 percent respectively,improved by 3.92 percent and 3.94 percent respectively compared with traditional CWS preparation method.The improvement of CWS concentration is beneficial for the subsequent gasification.

    Underground coal gasification(UCG) technology can achieve clean gas through controlling the combustion of coal seam underground.Based on the characteristics of coal seam gasification,char-steam reactions at elevated temperature are investigated kinetically using self-designed UCG-simulated gasifier.The effects of temperature,flow rate of steam and particle size of coal on gasification reaction are researched with relevant kinetic parameters.The results show that,in a certain range,with the increase of steam flow rate,the carbon conversion rate and gasification rate increase.The particle size of coal has a significant effect on gasification process,while no obvious change law is observed.The higher the gasification temperature,the shorter the time needed to reach the same carbon conversion rate.The constant of reaction rate k gradually increases with the rise of temperature,but reaction order shows the contrary trend.The results supply a theoretical reference to the optimization of process conditions in UCG.

  • Determination of chlorine in direct coal liquefaction products

    An analytical method for determination of trace chlorine in coal direct liquefaction products was established by the combination of high-temperature cracking combustion and ion chromatography.When the samples burn in high-temperature cracking combustion furance,the chlorinated compounds in samples transform into HCl or Cl2,which were absorbed by water,then formed chloride solution.Analyse Cl-content using ion chromatography and determine chlorine content in sample.The optimized determination condition is that,the combustion furnace temperature is 1300 ℃,the burning time is 10 minutes,the carrier gas flow rate is 1.5 mL / min,the sample mass range from 0.10 g to 0.16 g.The average recovery rate for chlorine are 106.61 percent and 94.82 percent.The RSD are 3.24 percent and 0.18 percent.Based on the analysis of direct coal liquefaction products chlorine content,obtain distribution information of chlorine content in coal liquefaction products.

  • Influence of blending coal combustion on boiler operation

    Due to the increasing types of coal supplying to coal-fired power plants and larger portion of low-quality coal,there is a large difference in coal quality between the actual coal and the design coal,which affect the safe and stable operation of boiler.To resolve these problems,investigate the linear additivity of four coal quality indicators such as volatile,sulfur,calorific value and ash fusibility.Evaluate the security and stability of boiler from the coal quality linear additivity of blending coal.The results indicate that the coal blending technology can meet the security demands of boiler in power plants.The indicators such as volatile,sulphur,calorific value of blending coal have linear additive.Blend the coals whose quality is similar,find that there is obvious linear relationship between the blending coal and single coal.The ash fusibility doesn't have linear additive.To maximize the benefits of coal-fired power plants,it's necessary to bulid coal blending expert system according to relevant indicators of coal quality.

  • Feasibility of preparing coal water slurry with Australian gas coal

    Yushen mining area is located in the bordering areas of northern Shaanxi loess plateau and Mu Us Sandland.The fragile ecological environment need scientific coal mining.Calculate the height of water flowing fractured zone which may form during 2-2 coal seam development with theoretical calculation method,mechanical model analysis,numerical simulation method based on mechanical properties of stratum.Analyze the differences among the results achieved by different methods.The results show that,the third method is the most reasonable and scientific.

    Coking wastewater is produced in coking process of coal pyrolysis carbonization,raw coke oven gas and petrochemical recovery and purification,which contains lots of pollutant and contaminates environment severely.The maturer coking waste processing techniques are physical-chemical,biological and chemical method,which respectively contains flocculence,adsorption,flue gas treatment and extraction method;aeration treatment,denitrificationnitration and biological fluid bed method;burning,ozonation process,oxygen catalytic oxidation method,electrochemical process and Fenton reagent method.The core is biological treatment,and its technological process is comprised of pretreatment,biochemical treatment,advanced treatment and wastewater reuse.The physical-chemical method is usually used in pretreatment,and physical-chemical process and physical-chemical-biological group technology are used in advanced treatment.The technological process,which is clean,efficient and low-cost,can realize zero release of coking wastewater and recycle of water resources to meet the demands of sustainable development of economy and society.

  • Optimization of ammonia distillation technical process in coking

    There were lots of problems in ammonia distillation process,the handing capacity were small,the equipments were easy to jam,the temperature of wastewater for biochemical treatment system was high,gas phase ammonia content were low.Optimize the ammonia distillation in coking enterprise using chemical process simulation software.The results show that,when the sewage flow are 100 t / h,and the gas phase ammonia content are 40 percent,the most suitable steam consumption are 11 t / h and the reflux ratio is 2.25.Add ammonia still,surplus ammonia water trough,low temperature water cooler and new type sieve tray.After transformation,the handling capacity of ammonia distillation system is 100 t / h,waste ammonia water concentration is less than 50 mg / L,the gas phase ammonia content is more than 40 percent,the temperature of wastewater for biochemical treatment system ranges from 25 ℃ to 35 ℃.

  • Representativeness verification of coal mechanical sampling

    To ensure the representativeness of coal mechanical sampling,it is necessary to verify representativeness of mechanical sampling device.The precision of sampling is verified and counted by replicate sampling method,the results are used to evaluate if the sampling precision meet the expectations.The precision of the sample preparation is verified by the standard deviation counted by two groups which have ten pairing samples respectively.Based on the relationship between standard deviation and expected variance,evaluate the sample preparation precision.Test the bias of mechanical sampler when the precision is qualified and the test enough data with enough pairs and independent have no outliers.The results show that the verification bias is less than the maximum tolerable bias,the results gotten by coal mechanical sampler are representative.

  • Optimal design of power stations on extension and reconstruction

    Taking the extension and reconstruction of power station as research objects,the numerical calculation model of total installed capacity and optimization model of installed sequential are established through Lingo,Mathematic,Matlab and other softwares.In principle the investment is minimum,establish the objective function.Translate the integer programming problem into general programming problem through integer programming ideas.Evaluate the power demand using trend analysis.Optimize the construction sequence and construction time based on the power generating capacity and demand capacity.The results of numerical studies show that,in the first stage,extend the original power plant,install two generating units whose capacity are 10 kW at the beginning of expansion project.In the second stage,build new stations.In the 1.6 year and 2.7 year,separately build a generator sets whose capacity are 25 kW.In the third stage,build new power plants.In the 3.8 year,5.7 year,7.3 year and 8.8 year,separately build a generator sets whose capacity are 30 kW.The optimal design for the renovation and expansion of power station provide a reliable guidance.
