This equipment can recycle rigid granules existed in flotation concentrate and concentrated backhead slurry, water content of product meet the demand of requirement. And the dehydration effect of the former is better than the latter. This equipment is not strictly in order of size grading. Filtrate contains a large number of +0. 074 mm size-class of solid particles losing a large quantity of solid. Filtrate need further dewatering while deal with flotation concentrate.

  • Reaserch on kerosene emulsifier as collector in fine coal flotation

    Abstract: In view of the characteristics of fine coal flotation, kerosene which is used as collector in coal separation was emulsified. The results show that the emulsified kerosene with a strong collector ability and high selectivity can significantly improve the flotation performance of fine coal and reduce the collector consumption, also has remarkable economic and social benefits. The theoretical action mechanism of the emulsifying reagent is described.

  • Research on compressive strength experiment of drying sludge briquette

    The briquette binder was prepared by drying sludge using microwave drying, mixed with the pulverized coal to suppress. Inspect the effect of briquetting pressure, moisture and proportion of drying sludge on the compressive strength of briquette by orthogonal test method. The results show that compressive strength of drying sludge briquettes is better than clay briquettes; briquetting pressure, moisture and proportion of drying sludge are major factors in the compressive strength of briquette, the range of content are that briquetting pressure is 25~30 MPa, moisture of drying sludge is 40%, proportion of drying sludge is 20%~30%.

  • Study on computational method

    Coal direct liquefaction solvents were examined with ~1H-NMR, elemental composition, molecual, density, diopter, etc. The average structural parameters of liquefaction solvent were calculated respectively by means of n-d-M method and Brown-Lander's method. The results show great difference between the above two methods for prehydrotreated solvents, the calculating error is little between these two kinds of methods for hydrotreated solvents. The average parameters of n-d-M method were modified to suit for liquefaction solvent, veracity of the formulas were validated.

  • Experimental study on effects of operation parameters on entrained flow pulverized coal gasification

    Experimental studies on gasification characteristics of both high and low fusing temperature coal were carried out by using experimental equipment for atmospheric pressure entrained-flow gasification in a 1600℃ drop tube furnace. Investigate the characteristics of dry coal gasification in the temperature of 1200℃ to 1600℃ and O/C molar ratio 0.9 to 1.2. The concentration of CO and H_2,the carbon conversion all increase with increasing reaction temperature whereas the concentration of CO_2 and CH_4 decrease with increasing reaction temperature; With increasing O/C ratio,the concentration of CO and H_2 decrease and the concentration of CO_2 increase; Ash fusing characteristic of coal is a key factor on the syngas composition, The CO+H_2+CH_4 content of the product gas exhibit a maximum around the ash fusion temperature.

  • Study on the briquette forming and sulfur-fixing effects of compound binder

    A new compound bio-briquette binder was developed, and its feasibility was proved by the experiments. The compound binder mainly was composed of the modified biomass and inorganic curing agent. The samples were analyzed by SEM and EDS to study the structure and composition of bio-briquette, and research on the effects of compound binder on properties of briquette forming. Pre and post burning elemental analysis studied the effect of compound binder on sulfur element. It was found that the compound bio-briquette binder enhances the compressive strength of briquette, and Mg and Cl elements play main roles in bonding. It is else found that the compound binder is suitable for capturing sulfur briquette, the desulfurization rate is 34% and the final product is MgSO_4.

Summarize main quality characteristics on the imported anthracite that are major fluctuation of total moisture(TM) and ash content. Fixed carbon and NAR (Net as received) fluctuate accordingly; volatile matter(VM) and hydrogen content are low and stable; Sulfur is of low content; GCV (Gross Calorific Value) is remarkably related with Ash content, so is the NAR and TM, Ash Content. Referred to the above summarization, Sales department and laboratory are able to make full use of regression equation to verify quality controlling and inspection.

  • The evaluation of water environment quality of coal mining district

    The groundwater environment quality evalution, which is the scientific basis to utilize and protect the water resources, has become the most important content of water resources protection in coal mining district, and it is the main influencing factor for sustainable development of coal mining district. Based on gray-clustering analysis, the monitored data of underground water collected from coal mines in Liuqiao mining area were analysed to determine the classifications of the mining water quality of the studied area. The results show that the groundwater environment quality in coal mining area is seriously affected by the exploitation of coal mining. The evaluation results provide a reliable basis for water conservation and water recycling.

    The characteristics of rock association,pore types,pore characteristics of Paleogene sandstone reservoirs in Huanxiling-Shuguang slope (West slope) of Liaohe fault depression were expounded.The reservoir property and the influencing factors of reservoir property were evaluated.The results show that it makes a great difference in reservoir properties of sandstone reservoirs in the study area.Not only the different strata,but also the same floor-bit of sandstone have great differences in reservoir properties.Occurrence characteristics of sand bodies have a certain impact on physical properties.The thicker single-layer sandstone reservoir is often better in reservoir properties. The main influence factors of reservoir property of sandstone reservoirs in study area are deposition,diagenesis, parent rocks lithology of source area,fault activity,paleotopography,etc.While in most cases,diagenesis makes a greater impact on reservoir properties,or even decisive.
