    There are many advantages in dry coal preparation method.However,if the auxiliary dust removal system is not properly selected,large quantity of dusty gases produced will impact severely the operators' health and surrounding circumstances.In this paper,reform is conducted on dust removal system of a coal preparation workshop.Fluidized bed dust removal device and fiber-grid dust removal device are employed.Practical application of the devices indicates that good dust removal effect is obtained and the circumstances inside and outside of the coal preparation workshop are improved greatly.

  • Study on properties of white rot fungus degrading model compounds of lignite

    Begining with the lignite structure,three model compounds of lignite were choosen and effected by white rot fungi.Culture condition and extracellular enzyme activities were optimized.Growth curves of strains were determined to study on the changes of mycelium dry weight and protein content.Extracellular proteins were determined by SDS-PAGE.Research shows that C.Versicolor and Golden Mushroom can grow in presence of model compound.The optimum culture conditions were as follows pH 6.0,carbon-nitrogen ratio 5,Tween 80 at the concentration of 0.1% Catalase activity of C.Versicolor was 0.173mg·ml-1·min-1,polyphenol oxidase etc were produced simultaneously.

  • Study on kinetic models of co-gasification of biomass and coal in an atmosphere of CO2

    The main kinetic models of char gasification were reviewed,The gasification data of two chars were used in these models,correlated coefficient was used to evaluate the models.The results indicated that unreacted shrinking core model was more suitable for mixed coke gasification behavior simulation,and calculated the corresponding activation energy.By comparing the activation energy data found that a certain proportion of coal and sawdust mixed could accordingly improve its reactivity.

  • Effect of reduction parameters on the iron catalyst performance for fischer-tropsch synthesis

    The effect of reduction parameters on the iron catalyst performance were investigated in slurry reactor in this paper.The results showed that it was feasible to improve the proportion of CO/H2 for the selectivity of olefin;and It was favorable to the activity of Iron catalyst by improving space velocity of Syngas,but it cause the decrease of olefin selectivity;The activity of catalyst can be improved by improving reduction temperature,but the carton deposition appeared for excessively high temperature,it lead to the decrease of catalyst activity,it was suitable for 210℃~260℃ for reduction temperature.

  • Application of neural network model with partial least-squares regression on predicting slagging of coal-fired boiler

    Partial least-squares regression method can resolve serious multicollinearity problems among variables.A model for predicting slagging of coal-fired boiler based on the combination of neural network and partial least square method is proposed in oil field of Kelamayi.The factors affecting the slagging of coal-fired boiler are analyzed by means of partial least square method to extract the most important components so that not only the problem of multicorrelation among variables can be solves but also the amount of input dimensions of the neural network can be reduced.Besides,the application of neural network helps to solve the problem of non-linearity of the model.The results indicate that the prediction values approximate to the real values,the proposed model has higher precision than those models based on neural network method or partial least square method only.The model plays an important guiding role in improving operating safety of coal-fired boiler.

  • Study on the specific area and porous structure Of Daqing oil shale and semi-coke

    N2 adsorption isotherms at the low temperature were obtained by auto-adsorption analyzer.The absorption isotherms of Daqing oil shale and semi-coke samples are all type II isotherms,which indicates that those samples consist of continuous and complete system of pores.The diameter of pores ranges from molecular scale to upper limit scale(contrast to normal one).There are similar in the specific surface area and the pore size distribution of different samples that is the profiles turn up at the initial part and small peaks of curves show up in the range of diameters between 40 and 50.Under the experimental condition,the specific area and volume of pores are all increased as the final temperature of dry distillation increasing.

    Regeneration with Inner Mongolia activated cokes(ACs) after desulfurizing was conducted in tap water,ammonia、sodium bicarbonate and sodium hydroxide solution respectively.Using ACs characteristics of fractal geometry to study the relationship of fractal dimension and desulfurization.The results show that regeneration rate and desorption efficiency of ACs in tap water or weak base solution are slower than those in strong base.Using sodium hydroxide solution not only speeds up the desorption rate,but also makes complete level of desorption up to 97%.ACs has the characteristics of fractal geometry,and its fractal dimension has connection with the desulfurization trend.

    In order to find optimal raw material ratio and preparation process of HSAAC(high surface area activated carbon) with Heilongjiang coal,studied preparation of activated carbon by blended coal from Qitaihe and Yilan,the factors of the absorption value of I2,such as ratio mixture of coals,ratio of alkali to carbon,activated temperature,activated time by the method of orthogonal design.The study features the best condition: Qitaihe and Yilan coal ratio 1,alkali-carbon ratio 6,activated temperature 850℃,activated time 120min.In this condition the absorption value of I2 and BET surface area respectively reached up to 1973mg·g-1 and 1735m2·g-1.This disquisition has definite practical significance for open the applied realm of Heilongjiang coal.

  • Quantum chemistry calculation and experimental study on high-temperature melting point ash mullite

    Mullite is one of the main mineral compositions in high-temperature melting point ash.The chemistry,reactivity sites and bond-formation characteristics of mullite surface are investigated by using quantum chemistry methods.The results show that the highest occupied molecular orbits(HOMO) of the mullite cluster in the coal ash mainly consists of oxygen atoms O7,O12 connected with the silicon atom,with relative high energy level.Its chemical activity is stronger than the lowest unoccupied molecular orbits(LUMO) of the mullite cluster.Therefore It is prone to combine with electron acceptor,for example Na+,Ca2+ and It is difficult to combine with electron donor.At the same,the result shows that mullite surface chemical activity is Al1+O13<Al8+O13<Al1+O12<Si6-O7<Al8+O14<Si6-O12,therefore the bond in the Al1+O13,Al8+O13 is so easier broken that lattice is recombined.Quantitative calculation gives a good explanation of blending to reduce the high melting point of coal ash from micro aspects.theoretical calculation has been proved well by experimental.

  • Experimental study on the optimization condition of adsorbing sulphate by synthesized zeolite with fly ash
