  • Estimation of the separation parameters of the water medium fluidized separator

    The study of water medium fluidized separator(WMFS) is at the stage of research,in order to improve its faultiness,different factors effected the influencing factors were analyzed,ascertained the water flow,the depth of the feed pipe and the solids feed as the main influencing factors.An orthogonality form with three factors and three levels were designed after analyzing the different factors in influencing the separation effect.The optimum technological parameters were established after experiment that the interstitial water flow were 63mL/s;the depth of the feed pipe were 140mm;solids feed were 400g/L.Then the parameters would apply to the WMFS' development.

  • The floatation mechanism under centrifuge field

    Introduced two pulp flotation equipments-floatation cyclone and circular floatator,which separation process was under the centrifugal field.The main characteristic of those equipments is that pulp is sprayed into circular floatation unit by bubble generator under pressure and the mineralized froth are flowed out by the floating force under centrifugal,there are not motion parts in all equipments.The mineralizing process is a synthesize mineralizing process including hydrophobic-action mineralization,fine bubble separate-out mineralization etc.The floatation processing under the centrifuge field carried the advantages of good floatation selectivity,great unit volume treatment capability,fast floatation velocity,and shorten separation time.The research and development of the floatation equipments in the field of centrifugal force have provided a new filed of development for the separation of fine particle coal.

  • The experimental study on damping fluid bed separation to coarse slime

  • Technological condition of oil shale under microwave assistant extraction

    Yilan oil shale was researched using CS2-NMP as solvent under microwave assistant extraction with orthogonal experiment of four factors and four levels,and analyze the results of orthogonal experiment.The results show that optimum technological condition was granularity 0.119mm,solvent volume 55mL(mineral sample 5±0.0250g),15min and 600W power,in which extraction rate may achieved 10.9%.Sdvent volume plays a key roll in extracting,granularity came next,then would be power and time,at the same time,for extraction rate,the granularity,the solvent and the power had the remarkable influence.

  • Studies on Phanerochaete chrysosporium' sselect breeding and influence to the biodegradation of lignite

    A mutant of Phanerochaete chrysosporium,which is capable of degrading lignin,was bred by ultraviolet ray irradiation and this mutant strain shows high capability of degrading of lignite.The degradation ratio of original Yima lignite and nitric acid treated Yima lignite by this mutant are 37.6% and 51.62%respectively,whereas those by the original strain are 31.84% and 32.55% respectively.FTIR analyses of the lignite converted product show that its polymerization degree and average molecular weight are both greatly reduced.The content of the functional groups also been altered.

  • Experimental research on low ash content and high caloricity slurry coal water mixture

    The feasibility of preparation of high concentration slurry coal water mixture(SCWM) which from Shanxi coal mine was studied.the coal slurry's ability to be a mixture with water and its influencing factors were investigated.The optimum conditions of the preparation of SCWM were obtained under single-factor tests and orthogonal tests.The optimum condition is that the additive amount is 0.16%,the temperature is 35℃,the agitation intensity is 1200r/min,the stirring time is 25min.Under the best condition,the SCWM of Grade 1 which has the properties of the concentration of 69%,the viscosity of 911.30mPa·s and the calorific value of 20.60MJ/kg has been obtained.The SCWM is up to the standards of GB/T 18855-2002 CWM technical.

  • Study on swelling kinetics of Yilan coal in some liquefaction solvents

    The rate of the swelling of Yilan coal have been measured in starting solvent(STA) and recycle solvent(REC)within the temperature range(25~200℃),and the kinetic parameters of the swelling were calculated based on time profile of volumetric swelling rate.The results show that: the rate of the swelling of Yilan coal in STA and REC increases along with temperature and time,the swelling process of Yilan coal can be illustrated by Case-Ⅱdiffusion,and the activation energies for the kinetics of swelling is 4.18 or 4.22kJ·mol-1 in STA or REC.

  • Experimental research on influence of included minerals on the combustion kinetics of coal charas

    Four different metamorphic degree NingXia coals were selected for this study.The ash content of coal about 30% were obtained with float-sink method and prepared chars in muffle furnace at 900℃,then acid-washed by HCL—HF.The effect of included minerals on char combustion kinetics were investigated by isothermal thermogravimetry under conditions of eliminating the effect of diffusion of internal and external.The change of activation energy of chars and their demineralized chars were calculated.The results showed that the activation energy of bituminous chars higher than its dimineralized chars and the activation energy of anthracite chars lower than its dimineralized chars.It also indicated that included minerals in the bituminous chars hampered combustion and the included minerals in the anthracite chars accelerated combustion.

  • CF4 decomposition over Al2O3—the search for optimal reaction temperature

    CF4 decomposition over Al2O3 was carried out by the way of temperature-programmed and constant temperature responses.The CF4 conversion was tested,the structure before and after reaction of Al2O3 was characterized by XRD,specific surface area measurement and SEM-EDS.The conversion of CF4 temperature-programmed decomposition over Al2O3 reached a high level at 700℃.At the isothermal reaction stage,γ-Al2O3 was stable at 850℃,while CF4 conversion decreased sharply with time on stream at 900℃ due to the transformation of un-reacted γ-Al2O3 into inactive α-Al2O3.Based on the results,the optimal reaction temperature for CF4 decomposition over γ-Al2O3 is 850℃.

  • Kinetics study on Ni and Cu based oxides for chemical-looping combustion

    Chemical-looping combustion(CLC) is a combustion technology with inherent separation of the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide.Oxygen carriers with good activity for chemical reaction are very important for its development.A comparative study on chemical kinetics and cycle reaction ability of two kinds of oxygen carriers(Ni/NiAl2O4,Cu/Al2O3) obtained by mechanical mixing is performed.The results show that the apparent activation energy of oxygen carriers by adding Al2O3 is changed and the chemical reaction performance is enhanced.By XRD measurement,the results show that the cycle reaction ability has been improved greatly.

  • Neural model predictive control of coal-water mixture boiler

  • Study on the physicochemical properties of desulfurization ash from coal fired power plant

    Desulfurization ashes from different coal fired power plant in Xuzhou were studied in three aspects including granularity distribution,content of heavy metals and mineral composing.The results showed that granularity distribution was similar in the two power plants,granularity was mainly under 5 microns,the content of granule above 20microns was more than 98%;The contents of heavy metals tested were all above 1μg/g except Cd,Mn had the highest content above 300μg/g.Most of the heavy metals tested were reliable to enrich in fly ash;The mineral composition differed from the relative content of mullite and calcium sulphate,it was related to the technics and coal used of power plant.The particle morphology of each plants fly ash had distinct differences.

  • Characterization and properties of modified coal fly ash as adsorbent for removal of Nickel(Ⅱ) Ions from solution

    The influence factors of the modified fly ash on removal of Ni2+containing in wastewater were discussed.The results showed that the ability of the modified fly ash removing nickel depended on pH,contact time and temperature.When the pH<7,the absorption played a leading role;with the increasing of pH,the precipitation gradually played a leading role.The study of dynamics and thermodynamics showed that: the absorption of modified fly ash on removal of Ni2+ containing in wastewater accord with Bangham adsorption dynamic equation and Langmuir adsorption isotherm,and that squared with the single-molecule layer adsorption theory,also the spontaneous,endothermic process.

  • Study on displacement coalbed methane by carbon dioxide injection

    The adsorption-desorption behavior of carbon dioxide and methane gases in coal samples were experimentally studied,a modeling experiment of carbon dioxide displacing CH4 was accomplished.The results indicate that the adsorption of CO2 is prior to that of CH4 and the desorption rate of CH4 at unit pressure drop in the process of carbon dioxide displacement is obviously higher than that in the process of pure CH4 desorption,the coalbed methane desorption rate at unit pressure drop of coal was increased by 77.7%.
