XU Ning1,2,TAO Xiu-xiang2,ZHAO Liang1(1.Department of Chemistry and Biology SuZhou College,Suzhou 234000,China;2.School of Chemical Engineering & Technology China University of Mining and Technology,Xuzhou 221008,China)Active carbon as filler materials,phenol solution as simulative wastewater,study on the influences of applied voltage,electrolysis time,initial pH,granule size of particles,electrolyte concentration on the removal rate of phenol were carried out,and the influence tendences were obtained.It indicated that,the removal rate of phenol was over 80%,when the applied voltage was 6V,original pH,granule size of active carbon was 2.360~4.750mm,concentration of NaCl was 1g/L,concentration of phenol was 500mg/L,the electrolysis time was 60 min.And the removal of phenol accorded with the first order reaction kinetics equation,with the reaction velocity constant was 0.0220 min-1.
