  • Low-temperature Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO by CeO_2/ACFN and MnO_x/ACFN

    In this paper,studies have been carried out on the active of CeO2/ACFNand MnOx/ ACFN at low temperature(80~300℃) selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO by ammonia.A scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to obtain qualitative information about the metal(CeO2 or MnOx) distribution on the supported ACFN surface.A X-ray diffractometer(XRD) was used to conduct qualitative analyses of the CeO2 or MnOx in the catalysts.It was demonstrated that the efficiency of de-NO by CeO2/ACFN and MnOx/ ACFN was good.Especially,the efficiency of de-NO by10wt% MnOx/ACFN,more than 85%,was good and stable at low temperature from 80℃ to 300℃,this is a very perfect performance of catalysts in SCR.

  • Determination of Growth Curve and Physiological and Biochemical Experiment for Micdesulfurization Strains

    Based on selected 2 micdesulfurization strains from soil samples polluted by flue gas from the heat and power plant in Zhengzhou city,in order to find out their rules of growth and multiplication,the growth curves for 5-1-b、5-3-b strains have been determined with 721-spectrophotometer on the condition of constant temperature.It can be shown from their own growth curve that the strains enter into logarithm period after culturing 8 hours,and the maximum OD was determined after 40 hours or so,they have 4 growth periods,i.e adjustment period,logarithm period,stabilization period and death period.And the physiological and biochemical characteristics for micdesulfurization strains have also been experimented;the determined result of growth curves and morphological character can be as a reference of selecting industrialization condition.

  • Catalysed Combustion Study of Anthracite in Precalciner

    Compared with soft coal,anthracite is not used for froducing cement in rotary kiln or in precalciner as its higher ignition temperature and more time to burn out.In order to widen its selective range of coals in cement kiln.,the article studies the anthracite used in precalciner.CuO,Fe2O3,MnO2 as the catalyst were selected and discussed the influence of different kinds of catalysts and their content on the ignition temperature of coal which studied by combustion analysis,TG-DTG.The result indicated that: CuO,Fe2O3,KMnO4,MnO2 added in the anthracite may reduce the ignition temperature of the anthracite in varying degree.The XRD analysis of combustion product showed that the catalyses which were used in the tests play the major role in the combustion.The catalysed take part in the chemical reactions of the burning.The catalysts have had the catalysed combustion with the carbon in the coal during the firing process which caused reducing of the ignition temperature of anthracite.

    The author made many FeOOH samples adopting different alkaline proportion(n=1,0.8),different aeration capacity(1.25L/min and 1.5L/min)and different oxidation measures under the system of FeCl2-NH4OH.The TEM、XRD and TG token of samples indicated that reducing the oxidation speed can easily produce the mixture of Fe3O4 or γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH and Fe3O4,which are of lower activation of desulfurzation,and increasing air flux or adding oxidizer to quicken oxidation speed can produce FeOOH with higher activation of desulfurization.
