• The practice and the recognition on developing circular economy in the mining area

  • Distributing and Utilization of Coking Coal Resource in Hebei Province

    The distributing and characteristic of coking coal in Hebei were studied systemically in this paper.Through this study we found that the characters of three main coking coal mining areas are different.Kailuan is full of fat coal,which is rare in China.By the influence of igneous rock fat coal,coking coal and lean coal all can be found in Fengfeng mining area.Xingtai mostly is 1/3 coking coal,which is low ash,low sulfur and low metamorphic grade and had best washability and clean coal recovery.Most of the basilic steel industries of northeast,North China,East China and middle south of China used Hebei coking coal for blending coking.

    The additives for coal water slurry(CWS) were prepared using the effective components of naphthalene oil and anthracence oil.The functional groups of additives have been investigated by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrography(FTIR),indicating that the additives are some aromatic compounds with-CH2-,-SO3-functional groups.Experiments of CWS' preparation with the additives synthesized and naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensation product show that the mixtures of the additive from naphthalene oil and anthracence oil have a good property.Additionally,mechanisms for additive improving CWS' property have also been studied.

  • Kinematic Similarity and Experimental Investigation for the reduction of NOx by Natural Gas Recrudescence

    A skeletal kinetic modeling of natural gas reburning was build.It included 40 species and 111 reaction equations.The NOx emissions of different coals by natural gas reburning under the temperature of 900 to 1200 centigrade were studied on an one-dimensional test-bed.The experimental results showed that the main coal type had little effect on NOx reduction,more NOx were reduced under higher temperature,and the amount of reburning gas ensured the reburning efficiency.The modeling calculation had a similar trend with the experimental result.
