    The coal bed methane (CBD) utilization level is low due to the lack of technology, fund and market demand. A great amount of methane was emitted into the air, which effect on the global climate and cause also a great loss of clean energy. Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) can promote the sustainable development of the developing countries through brining in advanced technologies and funds from developed countries, as well as to help the developed countries fulfill their commitments in Tokyo Protocol. The comprehensive utilization of CBM has already been taken as one of the prior CDM fields by China government, which provides a valuable juncture to the Chinese CBM utilization as a kind of energy source.

  • The Experimental Study on Reduction Floatation Desulfurization from Coal by using Metal Corrosion Interaction

    The reduction floatation desulfurization of coal by metal corrosion interaction was studied. The effect of mineral slurry potentials, pH value and temperature on floatation desulfurization from fine coal was researches. It is proved by experiment that pyrites can be restrained and the effect of pyrite removal can be proved under the low mineral slurry potential and temperature. A large number of researches show that the method on metal corrosion interaction can remove effectively sulfur from high sulfur coal and improve the product quality.

  • Collecting Agent Adsorption Quantity Determination on Coal Surface by β-Cyclic Dextrin Spectrophotography method

    Hydrophobicity floatation collecting agent was dyed by organic dye under isothermal condition. After dyed of the floatation collected agent maybe into the hydrophobicity post of the β-cyclic dextrin host and to form with color host-gust clathrate due to inner of β-cyclic dextrin possess hydrophobicity and cavity hydroxyl posses hydrophilicity. The extinction of clathrate and collecting agent concentration has a certain proportion relation. The collecting agent concentration of floatation residual liquid may determination by spectrophotography and to gain the isothermal adsorption quantity of floatation collecting agent on the coal surface. Result is shown that, the isothermal adsorption quantity value is same by using this method and radiation concentration meter. Therefore, it can be provided a new method for determination the collecting agent isothermal adsorption quantity on coal surface.

It is confirmed that, the operation level of stoker boilers can be improved such as enhancing the combustion intensity, boiler thermal efficiency and flue gas temperature of furnace outlet.

  • Study & Practice on the Removal of Hydrogen Sulfide by Micro-Biological Filtration Tower

    The culturing and training process of desulfurization sulfur bacteria, operation condition and main affected factors were discussed through the removal H_(2)S in the biological filtration tower research. Result is shown that, it is an effective method for H2S removal. H_(2)S removal efficiency may reached 98% at the optimal operation condition such as loading rate of 2400g-H_(2)S/m~(3)d, temperature of 20~30℃, space velocity ( SV )=100~300h~(-1), liquid / gas (L/G)Ratio=1( ∶)135~1( ∶)300, pH=2~3.5, and inlet H_2S concentration( C _(in)) at 600mg/m~(3). In the reality operation, the emission standard can be reached at the inlet H_(2)Sconcentration of 1000 mg/m~(3), and the loading rate of 3600 g-H_(2)S/m~(3)d conditions.
