  • Development Steam Coal Preparation and Enhancing Saleable Steam Coal quality

    A statistical analysis of saleable steam coal quality including sulfur, ash content and heating value in recent year was conducted. The result is shown that, average sulfur and ash content is 0.8% and 23.0% respectively. Pollutant emission will be excess the nation emission standard when the steam coal direct combustion at without desulfurization and dust removal condition. Therefore devote major efforts to development steam coal preparation at the same time to developing desulfurization for demand the emission standard of nation atmosphere pollutant.

    Among the physical adjustment methods of mineral flotation, the ultrasonic technology is one of the means that are waiting to be studied, tested and verified. The effect of ultrasonic on mineral surface electric potentials, mineral size and Ph value and temperature of pulp were studied. The result is shown that, ultrasonic treatment can enhancing mineral floatation and consequently can be an effective method of mineral floatation adjustment.

  • STUDY ON FLOTATION DYNAMIC OF LESS THAN 0.25MM GRADE RAW COAL OF TUNLAN COAL MINE

    The less than 0.25 mm grade coal was extracted from Tunlan raw coal by using screening method. And then the flotation velocity experiment was conducted by using the less than 0.25 mm coal. Finally, three math's models were chosen for fitting with the experiment result. It is found that, the flotation character of less than 0.25 mm Tunlan coal can be described by the model of first-class flotation dynamic. The variations between flotation speed constant (K) and along with raising amount of regent were also studied.

  • Study on Preparation of Fly Ash-Based Adsorbent and It's Adsorption Properties

    The fly ash-based adsorbent with high crystallization and purity were synthesized by automation transformation of fly ash in vapor phase of ethylamine and water under the temperature range of 3730K to 4000K. The adsorption properties of the fly ash-based adsorbent were studied by using N_2 adsorption static volumetric capacity method to gain adsorption N_2 adsorption isotherm, specific surface and pore distribution. The adsorption isotherm of phenol was gained. Rational adsorption temperature, large specific surface and suitable membrane process were effective method for enhancing its adsorption capacity.
