The object of coal cleaning production is that to develop and use the valuable coal resources enough and effectively, improve the resources output coefficient and carry out circular economy mode. Based on expounding the cleaning mining technique and pollution control technique in the coal production, this paper probes into the issues about the cleaning production evaluating contents of coal underground mining and establishing the system of evaluation.

  • Effect of Frothing Agent on the Floatation Result

    The floatation test of slime by using 5 forms frothing agent was conducted in Jiexiu Coal Preparation Plant. The result is shown that, cleaned coal yield is about 80% when cleaned coal ash content is under 90% ~95% condition through contrast test and primary optimum test. The frothing agent consumption is suggested that: secondary octanol 30 g/t, kerosene 600 g/t or GF oil 100 /t, kerosene 1000 g/t.

  • Experimental Study on Ignition Properties of Briquette

    The ignition character of briquette is one of the key factor which having direct influence on its combustion. In order to explore the ignition properties of briquette, five types of coal were tested on the test installation. Based on the results, the influences of volatile, captured sulfur additives and shaped pressure were analyzed, and compared with the ignition of coal powder tested on thermobalance. The influences of usual factor on the ignition of briquette and coal powder were also analyzed.

  • Study on the Influence Factors of Civil Honeycomb Briquette Dynamic State Combustion and Quality Evaluation Method

    The influence factors of civil honeycomb briquette dynamic state combustion were studied such as stove condition, ambience temperature etc, and SO2 emission and captured sulfur. The performance evaluation index of total water evaporation and thermal efficiency is described. The result is shown that, stove condition and ambience temperature affected directly the total water evaporation value and the thermal efficiency. The relationship between thermal efficiency and SO2 emission is a direct proportion for same kind honeycomb briquette. With regard to the other auxiliary performance evaluation index are also described.

  • Effect Factor of Making Rubber Filler by using Pulverized Fly Ash

    the coupling agent of eater titanate treated the rubber filler was gained by using the pulverization fly ash that surface. Subsidiary strengthen effect of the filler on the rubber was measured. The result is shown that the filler has a good quality and it can be in place of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate or pottery clay and partially of Carbon black for the same subsidiary strengthen effect. Therefore it can reduce the use level of carbon black and cost of rubber.

  • Determination of Coal Gas Component from Fluidized Bed Partial Gasification of Coal by Gas Chromatography

    To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 5 compositions of coal gas from fluidized bed partial gasification by gas chromatography. Coal gas samplers in gas sampling bag were injected into gas chromatography by a six-port valve, separated by repacked column TDX-01 and determined by thermal conductivity detector (TCD). In determination range of the experiments, the correlation coefficients are all above 0.999 and the average relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.538%. The method of gas chromatography is rapid, economical, accurate and suitable for determine the components of coal gas from fluidized bed partial gasification of coal.
