• Clean Coal Technology-Emphasis Field of Cleanning Energy New Technology in China

    The general trend of energy technology and industrial development will be effected by the following factors such as continued increasing of energy consumption on the world, energy price gradual comes down, energy production and consumption trend to a global scale, fossil energy resource abundant, cleaned and high efficiency energy demand. To develop the cleaned energy in China is that to improve the energy consumption mix, high efficiency and cleaning to develop and use the abundant coal resource. One of the emphasis field of cleanning energy new technology is clean processing and conversion technologies. Rationale development and utilization of energy resource will be a key point problem at development of the western of China. Adjustment the energy composition and development cleaned energy demand will need a series of policies and legislation. The technical guide favoured taxation and finance and exploiting funds' source should be reflected in the policies and legislations.

  • Removing of Light and Soft Impurity from Cleaned Coal

    Removing process of light and soft impurity that is medium and low density is introduced. Coal and impurity are together in the Jig for separation. Due to the density different of cleaned coal and impurity, the greater part of light and soft impurity float upper at the coal in the impurity separator. So it is removed from separator. Then a part of cleaned coal that is mixed with impurity is removed from impurity in shallow trough separator. A small part of impurity that mixed with cleaned coal is reseparated in reseparator for improving the cleaned coal quality.

  • Effect of Natural Mineral Catalysts on Yilan Liquefaction Process

    The catalytic activities of four natural minerals containing iron in direct liquefaction process of Yilan coal were studied. The experimental results of Yilan coal liquefaction shown that the catalytic activity of Xilin pyrite of lead-zinc ore is the highest, 68% for the yield of extracted oil and 58% for the yield of distilled oil were obtained.

The running result shown that it provided an advanced technology measure for slime utilization in coal mine area.

  • The Technology Development of High Pressurized Coal Gasification and High Temperature Gas Purification and desulfurization

    A pressurized moving bed pilot gasifier that the diameter is 650 mm was developed by Beijing Research Institute of Coal Chemistry during the Sixth Five Year Plan period. Semi-industrial tests were conducted by using 5 kind coals and series of reliable datum were provided to feasibility study and engineering design of gas engineering. A pressurized moving and fluidized bed bench scale gasifier was established during “Seventh Year" period. About more than 30 kind coals that are typical suitable for gasification use were tested and a large amount coal gasification character datum were obtained and put into nation coal resource databank. In the “eight five" periods, the project of pressurized fluidized bed gasification technology that is a key technology of IGCC was conducted. A pilot unit of pressurized fluidized bed gasifier that the diameter is 300 mm was established. It was connected with the combustion test unit that is to fire low heating value gas and blade abrasion test unit of gas turbine. The total gasification and part gasification of 5 kind coals were conducted. High temperature gas dust removal and desulfurization technology were conducted from “eighth five" to “ninth five" period. The dust removal efficiency of high temperature ceramic filter reached more than 99%. High temperature desulfurization agents that including ferrum, zinc, copper and manganese etc, series were developed successfully. Also the SMOVEN high temperature desulfurization process was developed which including the fluidized bed desulfurization and moving bed regeneration process. The gas treatment ability is 15 m 3/h and desulfurization efficiency is more than 99%. It is confirm that this process reached the demand of gas turbine and environmental protection.
