    The process of high efficiency removal pyritic sulfur of coal with oil agglomeration technology was introduced in this paper. The effect of coal size and water amount on the removal sulfur rate were inquired. Experiment result shown that a 67% removal sulfur rate can be obtained when sulfur content is 2.16% in bituminous.

  • STUDY ON RETENTION SULFUR TECHNOLOGY OF JIANGXI YINGGANGLING HIGH SULFUR COAL

    The retention sulfur effect of Ca based retention sulfur sorbent which the CaCO 3 and Ca(OH) 2 as the main materials were examined when Yinggangling high sulfur coal was used as an object of study. The effects of calcium and sulfur ratio, temperature and additive on the retention sulfur ratio were studied and analysis and inquiries of the mechanism were conducted based on the experiment result. Optimum process parameters of retention sulfur in combustion were established and at the same time, a comparison of the retention sulfur effect with a few kinds compounds retention sulfur sorbent was conducted.

  • BIOMASS FORMED COKE TECHNOLOGY

    A kind of biomass briquette was manufactured by fat coal and anthracite using the dry cool state briquetting process and biomass as binder. After briquetting, the briquette sent into carbonizaton to produced biomass formed coke. The effect of additive amount of biomass and fat coal, briquetting pressure, coal sizes distribution, heating velocity of the carbonization process on the strength of formed coke were examined. The compound and pore structure of formed coke were also analyzed.

  • STUDY ON ADDITIVE QUALITY OF PROXIMATE ANALYSIS AND CALORIFIC VALUE RESULT IN CHINA

    The proximate analysis, total sulfur content and calorific value of 10 run of mine coal samples and theirs blending samples are analyzed in the same laboratory condition. Then the interrelation of theory weighted average value between of them was investigated. The statistical data shown that the Ad. Vd, CRC, St.d and calorific value of blending coals are much better in additive quality. The main quality index of blending coal therefore can be calculated by the weighted average value of theirs parent coal in principle.
