A new type of inorganic high polymer coagulant ─Polymeric Ferric Silicate Sul-fate(PFSS)was prepared.Simulated water samples of kaoline,coal washing water,and coalmine water were employed to test the effects of coagulating turbidity removal of PFSS.The re-sults show that the Fe/SiO2molar ratio has vital effects on the coagulating property of PFSS.thebest Fe/SiO2 molar ratio is 1.0,and PFSS has good effects of coagulating turbidity removal onthe coal slurry water.
