    Influence of coal industry in Shanxi on energy, economy and environment in China is interpreted in this paper. The factors of intrinsic and external to increase the output of indigenous coke are analysed. Coking should be firstly selected in coal conversion as resourceful coking coal in Shanxi. From the point of view of energy, economy and environment on drawbacks and the measures of bring indigenous coking under control are aslo discussed.

  • THE ELECTROCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF PYRITE AND ITS FLOATABILITY CONTROL

    The main effect of electrochemical potential on the pyrite floatability, electrochemical control principle between the pyrite and metal electrolysis electrode of corresponding metal, and the results of micro- flotation were introduced. It is demonstrated that the floatability of pyrite in coal floatation can be controlled by electrochemical method.

    Four high sulfur coals and one coal derived pyrite have been investigated by X -ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Depend upon the position of S2P peaks at binding energy and peak areas ( surface atomic percentages), the distribution characteristic of different form sulfur on the surface of actual high sulfur coal and coal derived pyrite was analyzed.

  • STUDY ON THE CATALYSTS FOR, PURIFYING FLUE GAS FROM CIVIL - USED STOVE

    A series of catalysts such as Pd - Al2O3, CuO - Al2O3 and CuO - MnO - Al2O3are prepared by impregnating method. Their catalytic performances for removal of CO and orgau-ics from flue gas are evaluated on a civil- used stove. The results suggest that the style of combustion exerts fair effect on the composition of the flue gas. The use of catalysts at vent can decrease CO and the organic pullutants in Rue gas greatly. The catalysts activity is in the order of Pd - Al2O3 >CuO- MnO - Al2Q3 >CuO- AL2O3.

  • THE TEMPERATURE RAISING REGULARITY IN FLUIDIZED BED BOILER DURING THE UNDER BED IGNITION PROCESS

    The bed temperature raising regularily in the fluidized bed boiler during the under bed ignition process have been studied both theoretical and experimental. The influence of riming parameters on the heating up of the bed material are discussed. The suggestions on the chosen of operation parameters during the under bed ignition process are also proposed.

  • STUDY OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF UCMCWS

    This paper has studied the thermal conductivity of UCMCWS. , The thermal conductivity formul of UCMCWS has been made. Using the hot - wire method, the thermal conductivity of UCMCWS have been measured well and the total mean error is less than ± 3 percent.
