  • APPROACHES ON THE ROLE OF DISPERSANT IN COAL GRINDING

    The experimental results show that adding tannic acid or sodium hexam-etaphospate in the fine grinding of coal would largely raise grinding efficiency. The mechanism of the dispersants for aiding grinding is discussed in this paper, through the determination of Zeta -potential and rheological behavior.

  • REMOVAL SOLID SUBSTANCE IN TAR DERIVED COAL GASIFICATION PROCESS

    Four methods were adopted for removal of the solid in the tar which is derived from coal gasification process. The advantages and disadvantages of the four methods, which are vacuum filter, vacuum distillation, centrifugal separation and presurized filter, have been compared and discussed.   • STUDY ON IN - BKD DESULFURIZATION OF FLUIDIZED BED COAL GASIFICATION

    In -bed gasification-desuifurization of five coals Xiaolongtan, Yima, Datong, Xiazhuang and Nanding were tested in aφ30 mm lube reactor and a φ100 mm fluidized bed coal gasifier respectively. The effects of sorbent types and sizes, gas flow rates, Ca/S molar ratio, operation temperature and pressure total sulfur content in raw coals on in-bed desuifurization efficiencies were studied. The maximum desulfurization efficiency obtained was 85% . Based on the above, the optimum conditions of desuifurization are also discussed.

    The relation between the SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and Cat) content in coal ash and softening-fluid temperature of coal ash fusibility in Chinese coal is studied in this paper. And a group of polynomial regression equations which can be used to calculate the .softening-fluid temperature of coal ash wilh coal ash composition, are gained through study. These equations reach a higher accuracy degree and possess a certain worth for spread application.

  • HYDRODYNAMIC SIMULATION OF CIRCULATING KLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTORS

    The hydrodynamic model of circulating fluidized bed combustors, derived from the theory of multi-phase flow, is introduced in this paper. Based on this hydrodynamic model, the gas-solid flow, transport, and reaction characteristics in the cornbustors are clearly described . In literatures, the computational results are in good agreement with experimental data and also provide many available information of the scale - up and design for the circulating flu-idized bed combustors.Therefore, the hydrodynamic simulation is an effective method lo shorten the period of process development and to speed up from small scale to the industrial pace.

  • RESEARCH ON THE PROPERTY OF HEAT TRANSMISSION OF LIGHT WEIGHT COAL REFUSE THERMAL INSULATION MATERIAL

    Development of lignt weight thermal insulation material from coal refuse as a main raw material is a new way for the comprehensive utilization of coal refuse. By analysing the mechanism of thermal conduction of light weight coal refuse thermal insulation material, the influence factors are studied in this paper, such as substanse phase composition, porosity, content of coal refuse and sintering temperature regulation of the material on the property of heat transmission. The results of experiments prove that the thermal insulation material possesses low thermal conductivity, which are related to the technological parameters in production and composition-structure of substanse phase.

It is not only a greenhouse gas but also a good and clean energy. Utilization it and decreasing drawing out it are very important issues for energy conservation and mitigation greenhouse effect.
