动力煤选煤厂生产方式、产品结构对经济效益的影响Influence of production mode and product structure on economic benefit of steam coal preparation plant

摘要(Abstract):
为研究动力煤选煤厂生产方式、产品结构对经济效益影响,基于大柳塔选煤厂生产数据资料及不同商品煤价格,分别测算8种具体生产方式、不同产品结构下选煤厂经济效益。结果表明:入选率与经济效益不一定呈正比,产品结构对经济效益起重要作用。从经济效益测算角度看,选前脱粉工艺并非最优工艺。造成不同经济效益的原因分析表明:不同商品煤单位热量价格对经济效益影响明显;相同生产方式下,产品结构中若必须有特低灰或神优2时,全为神优2比全为特低灰经济效益大;产品中有精块4、特低灰或神优2时,比单一混煤产品的经济效益高,而单一混煤并不一定小于不同煤种混煤的经济效益;非技术经济因素对动力煤选煤厂经济效益有一定影响,应予以重视。
In order to study the influence of production methods and product structure on economic efficiency of power coal beneficiation plant, the economic efficiency of coal beneficiation plant under eight specific production methods and different product structures were measured based on the production data of Daliuta Coal Preparation Plant and different commodity coal prices. The results show that the higher the feed rate does not necessarily lead to the increase of economic efficiency, and the product structure plays a crucial role in the high or low economic efficiency. From the perspective of economic efficiency measurement, the pre-selection pulverization process is not the optimal process. The analysis of the reasons for the different economic efficiency shows that: the price per unit of heat of different commercial coals has notable influence on the economic efficiency. Under the same production method, if the product structure must have extra low ash or Shenyu2,the economic efficiency of all Shenyu2 is greater than that of all extra low ash. When the product has fine lump 4,extra low ash or Shenyu2,the economic efficiency is higher than that of single blended coal, and the economic efficiency of single blended coal is not necessarily less than that of different coal types. The economic efficiency of non-blended coal is higher than that of single blended coal. The economic benefit of single blended coal is not necessarily smaller than the economic benefit of different coal blends. Non-technical economic factors have certain influence on the economic benefit of power coal processing plant, which should be paid enough attention.
