摘要(Abstract):

吹灰器定时、定量吹灰仍是当前多数火电机组锅炉的吹灰策略,忽略了受热面的实际积灰污染情况,影响锅炉运行的安全性与经济性。吹灰策略优化是解决这一问题的关键,从机组运行的经济性角度出发,分析了受热面的积灰变化预测模型,考虑吹灰操作带来的换热量收益与吹灰蒸汽消耗,建立了一种单位时间内吹灰净收益最大的吹灰优化模型。结果表明,75%额定负荷运行工况下,此优化吹灰模型可在降低吹灰频率的同时节省0.136 kg/min标煤热量。
The timing and quantitative soot-blowing of soot blowers is still the current soot-blowing strategy for most thermal power unit boilers with ignoring the actual soot pollution on the heating surface, which affects the safety and economy of boiler operation. The optimization of soot-blowing strategy is the key to solving this problem. From the economic point of view of unit operation, the forecast model of soot deposit change on the heating surface was analyzed, and the heat exchange gain and soot-blowing steam consumption brought by soot-blowing operation were considered. A soot-blowing optimization model with the largest net profit of soot-blowing per unit time was proposed. The results show that under the operating condition of 75% rated load, the optimized soot-blowing model can reduce the soot-blowing frequency and save the equivalent of 0.136 kg/min of standard coal heat.
